【摘要】:大慶油田工程有限公司,是國家計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)物,隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的弊端和問題就暴露出來,成為其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的障礙。 本文目的在于對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行認(rèn)真梳理診斷,明確其問題和潛能,據(jù)此制定適應(yīng)市場競爭的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,使其實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文對(duì)企業(yè)的內(nèi)、外部條件,包括政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、技術(shù)能力、人員素質(zhì)、競爭對(duì)手等方面進(jìn)行了深入分析,從而明確了企業(yè)存在的問題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。進(jìn)而提出“鞏固現(xiàn)有市場,追求全面創(chuàng)新;開拓外部市場,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)多元”的總體經(jīng)營思路,同時(shí)制定了公司的主要經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略:通過實(shí)施創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,鞏固現(xiàn)有的油田市場,,并相機(jī)擴(kuò)大市場占有率;通過實(shí)施外部拓展戰(zhàn)略,開辟更為廣闊的生存空間。通過實(shí)施品牌戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)文化戰(zhàn)略等三個(gè)輔助戰(zhàn)略來進(jìn)一步保障公司整體經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Daqing Oilfield Engineering Co., Ltd. is the product of national planned economy. With the change of national economic development mode, the malpractice and problems of planned economy are exposed and become an obstacle to its further development. The purpose of this paper is to make a careful combing and diagnosis of enterprises, to make clear their problems and potentials, and to formulate a management strategy adapted to market competition so as to realize their sustainable development. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal and external conditions of the enterprise, including politics, economy, law, technical capability, personnel quality, competitors, etc. Thus, the problems and challenges faced by enterprises are clarified, and the overall management thinking of "consolidating the existing market, pursuing overall innovation, opening up external markets and realizing diversified business" is put forward. At the same time, we have formulated the main business strategy of the company: through implementing the innovation strategy, consolidating the existing oil field market, and expanding the market share, through the implementation of the external expansion strategy, opening up a broader living space, through the implementation of the brand strategy, Human resources strategy and corporate culture strategy are three assistant strategies to further ensure the realization of the company's overall business objectives.
