【摘要】：論文以西安城市公園1949-2013年規(guī)劃建設(shè)和發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，著重研究了建國(guó)后至2013年這一特定時(shí)期內(nèi)西安城市公園實(shí)態(tài)變遷。由于學(xué)科發(fā)展和歷史原因，針對(duì)這一時(shí)期城市公園的實(shí)態(tài)研究還未引起足夠的重視，，探究西安城市公園在建國(guó)以來(lái)的造園思想演進(jìn)、空間格局變遷、規(guī)劃建設(shè)實(shí)況，對(duì)還原西安城市公園的真實(shí)面目是十分必要的。論文以歷史檔案與規(guī)劃圖檔為主要資料，采用文獻(xiàn)研究、理論分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、對(duì)比分析的研究手法，以時(shí)間為主線，回顧了1949—2013年這一時(shí)期內(nèi)城市公園在各個(gè)年代規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和改造的真實(shí)狀態(tài)，再現(xiàn)了城市公園的風(fēng)貌，以此揭示城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)變遷的規(guī)律與特征，以期對(duì)未來(lái)規(guī)劃建設(shè)城市公園提供基礎(chǔ)資料，并為其他城市公園的建設(shè)發(fā)展提供參考。 論文運(yùn)用風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、吸收歷史學(xué)的研究思想和方法對(duì)1949—2013年西安城市公園的這段歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行回顧和研究，對(duì)其中科學(xué)的、合理的思想和實(shí)踐成果進(jìn)行分析，復(fù)原了西安建國(guó)以來(lái)城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)活動(dòng)所形成的歷史原貌和變遷過(guò)程，探索了歷史活動(dòng)對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的影響，為科學(xué)分析和評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)代西安城市公園建設(shè)實(shí)踐、尋找解決西安城市新問(wèn)題的歷史啟示提供基礎(chǔ)研究。通過(guò)研究得出以下結(jié)論:（1）本文對(duì)西安城市公園在1949—2013年這一時(shí)間段城市公園規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理相關(guān)的人物、事件、機(jī)構(gòu)、法規(guī)、規(guī)劃思想等角度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的梳理和分析，初步完成了恢復(fù)歷史原貌的任務(wù)，西安城市公園1949—2013年這一時(shí)間段上對(duì)西安城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)的整體復(fù)原分析方面填補(bǔ)了漏洞。（2）文章對(duì)與城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)直接的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等因素進(jìn)行綜合考察和分析，改變了以往對(duì)城市公園發(fā)展片段性和片面性的研究，為城市公園發(fā)展史的系統(tǒng)研究提供了新的思路。（3）通過(guò)對(duì)西安城市公園空間格局的分析和探討，結(jié)合生態(tài)規(guī)劃原理，提出了西安城市公園空間優(yōu)化方法：兩軸、三環(huán)、九宮格布局的規(guī)劃手法。（4）本研究對(duì)大量檔案收集分析發(fā)掘了關(guān)于西安1949—2013年城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)的部分材料，可以為今后的相關(guān)研究提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)研究彌補(bǔ)和完善了西安城市公園規(guī)劃和建設(shè)史的研究，改變西安城市公園建國(guó)以來(lái)規(guī)劃建設(shè)史被忽略的現(xiàn)狀，完善城市公園建設(shè)認(rèn)知的需要。
[Abstract]:Taking Xi'an Urban Park from 1949 to 2013 as the object of study, this paper focuses on the real changes of Xi'an Urban Park during the specific period from 1949 to 2013. In view of the fact study of urban park in this period has not attracted enough attention, this paper probes into the evolution of garden construction thought, the change of spatial pattern, the actual situation of planning and construction of Xi'an city park since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is very necessary to restore the true face of Xi'an Urban Park. This paper takes historical archives and planning maps as the main materials, adopts the research techniques of literature research, theoretical analysis, field investigation, comparative analysis, and takes time as the main line. This paper reviews the real state of urban park planning, construction and reconstruction in the period of 1949-2013, and reproduces the style and features of urban park, thus revealing the law and characteristics of urban park planning and construction change. In order to provide basic data for future planning and construction of urban parks, and provide reference for the construction and development of other urban parks. This paper reviews and studies the historical process of Xi'an Urban Park from 1949 to 2013 by using landscape architecture, urban planning, ecology and historical research methods. Through the analysis of reasonable thoughts and practical results, the historical appearance and changing process of urban park planning and construction activities since the founding of Xi'an have been restored, and the influence of historical activities on reality has been explored. In order to scientifically analyze and evaluate the construction practice of modern Xi'an urban park, Finding the historical enlightenment to solve the new problems of Xi'an city provides the basic research. Through the research, we draw the following conclusion: 1) this paper discusses the planning, construction and management of Xi'an Urban Park in the period of 1949-2013 in which people, events, and institutions are involved in the planning, construction and management of Xi'an Urban Park. From the angles of laws, regulations, planning ideas, and so on, they have carried out a detailed combing and analysis, and have preliminarily completed the task of restoring the historical appearance. Xi'an Urban Park, 1949-2013, has filled the gap in the overall restoration analysis of Xi'an urban park planning and construction. The article comprehensively examines and analyzes the political, economic and cultural factors directly related to the urban park planning and construction. This paper changes the previous research on the fragmentation and one-sidedness of urban park development, and provides a new way of thinking for the systematic study of the history of urban park development. Through the analysis and discussion of the spatial pattern of Xi'an urban park, it combines with the principle of ecological planning. This paper puts forward the spatial optimization method of Xi'an urban park: planning method of two-axis, three-ring, H5 home page layout. This study analyzed a large number of archives and excavated some materials about the planning and construction of Xi'an urban park from 1949 to 2013. It can provide the basis for the related research in the future. Through the research, we can make up for and perfect the research on the planning and construction history of Xi'an urban park, and change the present situation that the planning and construction history of Xi'an urban park has been neglected since the founding of the country. The need to perfect the cognition of urban park construction.
