【摘要】：1920年代,為應(yīng)對日俄系列化的鐵路經(jīng)濟侵略和強化對東北邊疆地區(qū)的管控;同時,也是基于軍事運輸,保證東北地方政府擁有獨立近代化交通系統(tǒng),進而帶動?xùn)|北邊疆的整體開發(fā),張作霖、張學(xué)良父子為主導(dǎo)的東北地方政府變被動為主動,努力于鐵路新交通政策的實施,并取得了舉世矚目的成就。其成效:一是打破了日俄對東北鐵路建設(shè)和運輸?shù)膲艛?東北近代化鐵路交通系統(tǒng)形成;二是鞏固了奉系軍閥的統(tǒng)治地位,加強了東三省之間的聯(lián)系,形成政治、經(jīng)濟一體化的局面;三是加快了東北地區(qū)城市化進程。
[Abstract]:In the 1920s, in response to the Japanese-Russian series of railway economic aggression and to strengthen the control of the northeast frontier region, it was also based on military transportation to ensure that the northeast local government had an independent and modern transportation system. In order to promote the overall development of the Northeast Frontier, the northeast local governments led by Zhang Zuolin and Zhang Xueliang and their sons turned passive into active, and worked hard to implement the new railway transport policy. And it has made remarkable achievements. First, it broke the monopoly of Japan and Russia on the construction and transportation of the Northeast Railway, the formation of a modern railway transportation system in the Northeast, and the consolidation of the dominant position of the warlords of the Ministry of worship. Strengthen the relationship between the three provinces to form a political and economic integration; third, accelerate the process of urbanization in Northeast China.
