【摘要】：正印刷電子是基于印刷原理制備的電子器件和產(chǎn)品。眾所周知,指南針、火藥、印刷術(shù)和造紙術(shù)是中國(guó)古代四大發(fā)明,它們對(duì)中國(guó)古代的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的推動(dòng)作用;這些發(fā)明經(jīng)由各種途徑傳至西方,對(duì)世界文明發(fā)展史也產(chǎn)生了很大影響。將印刷技術(shù)應(yīng)用于電子產(chǎn)品的制造,開拓印刷電子的新時(shí)代,是古代文明和現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的完美融合,給炎皇子孫提供了一次得天獨(dú)厚的機(jī)遇。以硅為半導(dǎo)體材料、光刻技術(shù)為主體加工技術(shù)、固體理論為基本理論框架的微電子,對(duì)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、鞏固國(guó)防、改善人們生活做出了
