【摘要】：在如何看待和處理全球生態(tài)環(huán)境危機(jī)的問題上,發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家不僅推卸自己的責(zé)任,而且把造成生態(tài)環(huán)境危機(jī)的主要責(zé)任推給發(fā)展中國(guó)家。生態(tài)學(xué)馬克思主義通過對(duì)生態(tài)帝國(guó)主義的批判,揭示了資本主義發(fā)展方式與全球生態(tài)環(huán)境危機(jī)之間的內(nèi)在勾連,指出發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家利用不公正的國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序?qū)Πl(fā)展中國(guó)家進(jìn)行資源掠奪和污染轉(zhuǎn)移,造成了全球發(fā)展的不公正性。他們認(rèn)為建構(gòu)全球發(fā)展公正性的關(guān)鍵在于轉(zhuǎn)變資本主義發(fā)展方式、變革不公正的國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序以及堅(jiān)持"全球權(quán)利與全球責(zé)任相統(tǒng)一"的原則。這無(wú)論是對(duì)于爭(zhēng)取發(fā)展中國(guó)家的環(huán)境權(quán)與發(fā)展權(quán),還是對(duì)于我國(guó)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè),都具有重要的價(jià)值和意義。
[Abstract]:The developed capitalist countries have not only shirked their responsibilities on how to look at and deal with the global ecological crisis, Ecological Marxism, through its criticism of ecological imperialism, reveals the inherent connection between the way capitalism develops and the global ecological environment crisis. Pointing out that developed capitalist countries exploit the unjust international political and economic order to plunder resources and transfer pollution to developing countries, They believe that the key to building global development justice lies in changing the way capitalism develops. To change the unjust international political and economic order and to adhere to the principle of "the unification of global rights and responsibilities"... whether it is to strive for the environmental rights and the right to development in developing countries, or to the building of our ecological civilization, Are of great value and significance.
