【摘要】：藏毯是青藏高原特有的民族手工藝品,也是藏民族的生活必需品,家家戶戶都少不了它。作為藏毯發(fā)源地之一的西藏,獨(dú)特的地域文化、天然的生產(chǎn)原料、為藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了保障。藏毯是西藏手工紡織品中的精品,它凝聚了藏族勞動(dòng)人民千百年來的智慧和創(chuàng)意,藏毯的發(fā)展歷史可以追溯到西藏的新石器時(shí)代,經(jīng)過幾千年的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,形成了獨(dú)特的梳、紡、染色、倒線、手工編織、平剪、洗毯等一整套生產(chǎn)工藝。隨著西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,藏毯行業(yè)也日益成長,市場需求不斷擴(kuò)大。西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)是依托藏區(qū)特有的資源稟賦和濃郁的民族特色發(fā)展起來的行業(yè),促進(jìn)藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)于帶動(dòng)農(nóng)牧民轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)和增收致富、促進(jìn)周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、傳承藏毯的獨(dú)特工藝和弘揚(yáng)藏民族的文化、擴(kuò)大出口等方面都起到了積極作用。藏毯多以羊毛、牦牛絨為原料,以天然植物、礦物質(zhì)顏料著色,獨(dú)特的藏式穿桿和扣法,使得毯面形成一種流暢的紋路,視覺上表現(xiàn)出立體鮮明、錯(cuò)落有致的風(fēng)格,展現(xiàn)出一種不同于普通地毯的大氣、古老質(zhì)樸的美感和別具一格的民族風(fēng)格,深受中外顧客青睞,并在國際上享有崇高的聲譽(yù)。對(duì)特色優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視和發(fā)展,既能進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)業(yè)效益,又符合西部大開發(fā)的發(fā)展方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)具有良好的資源基礎(chǔ)和比較優(yōu)勢、廣闊的市場需求、豐富的文化內(nèi)涵以及較強(qiáng)的競爭優(yōu)勢。推進(jìn)藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)及項(xiàng)目建設(shè),加速產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代,培育特色品牌,符合重點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和自治區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整需求,是新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)所在。但是,單從國內(nèi)藏毯的發(fā)展來看,西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)的總體產(chǎn)量、市場份額比較低,在發(fā)展的道路上也遇到了一些問題,如產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模劣勢、創(chuàng)新能力差、技術(shù)水平落后等。本文把西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,將SCP范式與西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況結(jié)合,將論文分成五部分進(jìn)行論述:第一部分主要論述西藏藏毯歷史的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),以及國內(nèi)外藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與研究動(dòng)態(tài);第二部分主要是對(duì)相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述,包括SCP范式的理論演進(jìn)歷程、應(yīng)用與發(fā)展;PEST分析等理論。第三部分是對(duì)西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行宏觀環(huán)境的分析,影響藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素較多,本文運(yùn)用PEST分析將影響因素分為政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)四方面進(jìn)行論述。第四部分根據(jù)調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)和資料運(yùn)用SCP模型對(duì)西藏藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,包括市場結(jié)構(gòu)、市場行為和市場績效三個(gè)模塊。第五部分針對(duì)藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題尋找解決方法和對(duì)策,提出藏毯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)造思路,并給出了具體措施。
[Abstract]:Tibetan carpet is a unique handicraft of the Tibetan plateau and also a necessity of life for the Tibetan people. It is indispensable to every household. As one of the birthplaces of Tibetan blankets, Tibet has a unique regional culture and natural raw materials for production. It provides a guarantee for the development of the Tibetan carpet industry. Tibetan carpet is a fine product in Tibetan handmade textiles. It condenses the wisdom and creativity of the Tibetan working people for thousands of years. The history of Tibetan carpet development can be traced back to the Neolithic Age in Tibet. After thousands of years of production practice, a unique set of production techniques, such as combing, spinning, dyeing, inverted thread, hand-woven, flat shearing and carpet washing, has been formed. With the continuous development of Tibet's economy and society, the Tibetan carpet industry is also growing day by day. The market demand is constantly expanding. Tibet's Tibetan carpet industry is an industry developed on the basis of the unique natural resources and rich national characteristics of the Tibetan region, and promotes the development of the Tibetan carpet industry, which will lead farmers and herdsmen to transfer employment and increase income and prosperity. It has played a positive role in promoting the economic development of the surrounding areas, inheriting the unique technology of Tibetan blankets, carrying forward the culture of the Tibetan people, expanding exports, and so on. Most of the blankets are made of wool and yak velvet, colored with natural plants and mineral pigments. The unique Tibetan way of piercing and buckling makes the carpet surface form a smooth pattern, showing a stereoscopic and incoherent style, showing an atmosphere different from that of ordinary carpets. The ancient and simple aesthetic sense and unique national style are favored by Chinese and foreign customers, and enjoy a lofty reputation in the world. The attention and development of the characteristic and superior industries can not only further expand the scale of the industry, The promotion of product quality and industrial efficiency is in line with the direction of the development of the western region and the realization of sustainable development.The Tibetan carpet industry has a good resource base, comparative advantages, broad market demand, Rich cultural connotations and strong competitive advantages. Promote Tibetan carpet industry and project construction, accelerate product upgrading, cultivate special brands, meet the needs of the development plan of key superior industries and the adjustment of industrial structure in the autonomous region. It is a new economic growth point. However, judging from the development of Tibetan tapestries in China, the overall output and market share of the Tibetan carpet industry in Tibet are relatively low, and they have also encountered some problems along the way of development, such as inferior industrial scale and poor innovation ability. The paper takes the Tibetan carpet industry as the research object, combines the SCP paradigm with the actual situation of Tibet's Tibetan carpet industry, and divides the paper into five parts to discuss: the first part mainly discusses the historical development of Tibet's Tibetan carpet. And the development and research trends of Tibetan carpet industry at home and abroad. The second part is mainly about the related theoretical basis, including the theoretical evolution of the SCP paradigm, Application and development of pest analysis and other theories. The third part is to analyze the macro environment of Tibetan carpet industry. There are many factors that affect the development of Tibetan carpet industry. This paper uses PEST analysis to divide the influencing factors into political, economic, economic, and so on. In 4th, according to the data and data of the investigation, using the SCP model, the Tibetan carpet industry in Tibet is analyzed in detail, including the market structure. In the 5th part, aiming at the problems existing in the Tibetan carpet industry, the author tries to find the solutions and countermeasures, puts forward the strategic construction ideas for the development of the Tibetan carpet industry, and gives some concrete measures.
