【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會(huì),網(wǎng)絡(luò)有了飛速的發(fā)展,輿情是網(wǎng)絡(luò)飛速發(fā)展附帶產(chǎn)物。它能夠?qū)⑷藗冴P(guān)注的主題、自己的立場(chǎng)和當(dāng)前社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)緊密的聯(lián)系起來(lái)。所以,對(duì)輿情信息的收集、辨識(shí)、處理是正確引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)向良好方向發(fā)展的重要方法,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文當(dāng)中研究的主要方向是對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析進(jìn)行深入研究,文中主要通過設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)、分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情等方面來(lái)對(duì)輿情信息處理,因而實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)輿情得到相應(yīng)的解決。1、介紹了檢測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的方法、基本思路、和檢測(cè)處理流程。2、在本文中提到的話題識(shí)別技術(shù),此技術(shù)也是本文中不缺少的部分,相應(yīng)的我們會(huì)在本文第三章做相關(guān)研究和介紹,如果想要得到較準(zhǔn)確的輿情分析結(jié)果,那么首先要考慮到彼此的相似性,與此同時(shí),還要將相關(guān)文檔、相關(guān)資料應(yīng)該商討的話題中的主題和中心意思確定下來(lái)。對(duì)于專有名詞以及他們的組合需要在加權(quán)平均算法中提高其權(quán)重,在程序代碼中提高其辨識(shí)度,這樣在輿情分析中就能很快識(shí)別專有詞匯及時(shí)的分析出資料中的重點(diǎn)。3、到現(xiàn)在為止,很多學(xué)者已經(jīng)提出話題檢測(cè)、跟隨檢測(cè)的算法,而在如何評(píng)估網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情從而構(gòu)建其指標(biāo)體系、估值計(jì)算等方面的研究才拉開序幕。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的軟件系統(tǒng)不斷出現(xiàn),大部分擁有的功能有:主要體現(xiàn)在兩大方面,其一就是要有完整的輿情評(píng)估技術(shù),要完成此技術(shù)的必備條件就是有信息檢索功能、文本歸類功能、對(duì)相關(guān)或相似的文本文檔搜集功能,只有這樣才能實(shí)現(xiàn)輿情的跟蹤調(diào)查,分析是不能提供多環(huán)節(jié)的。其二就是相應(yīng)的預(yù)警模型,其中就包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情指標(biāo)的體系構(gòu)建和估值計(jì)算等方面的研究。4、論文形成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情指標(biāo)體系系統(tǒng)總體框架,通過編程語(yǔ)言對(duì)管理系統(tǒng)及相應(yīng)的管理功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并通過學(xué)校實(shí)際運(yùn)用該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行修正,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)輿情信息的收集、分析、處理。
[Abstract]:In the modern society, the network has the rapid development, the public opinion is the network rapid development spin-off product. It can pay close attention to people's theme, own position and the current society, the politics, the economic close connection. Therefore, The collection, identification and processing of public opinion information is an important method to correctly guide the development of the network towards a good direction, which makes the healthy development of the network become a reality. In this paper, the main research direction is to conduct in-depth research on the analysis of network public opinion. This article mainly through the design management system, the analysis network public opinion and so on aspect to the public opinion information processing, therefore realizes the correlation public opinion to obtain the corresponding solution. 1, introduced the detection network public opinion method, the basic idea, And detection processing flow. 2, the topic recognition technology mentioned in this paper, this technology is also an indispensable part of this paper. Accordingly, we will do relevant research and introduction in the third chapter of this paper, if we want to get more accurate results of public opinion analysis, Well, first we have to consider the similarities, and at the same time, we also have to document the relevant documents, For proper nouns and their combinations, they need to increase their weight in the weighted average algorithm and improve their identification in the program code. In this way, in the analysis of public opinion, we can quickly identify the proprietary words and analyze the key points in the data in a timely manner. Up to now, many scholars have proposed an algorithm for topic detection and follow detection. However, the research on how to evaluate network public opinion so as to construct its index system and estimate calculation begins. At present, the software system for analyzing network public opinion in China is constantly emerging, most of which have the following functions: mainly reflected in two major aspects. One is to have a complete public opinion evaluation technology. The necessary conditions for completing this technology are information retrieval, text categorization, and collection of relevant or similar text documents. Only in this way can public opinion be tracked and investigated. The second is the corresponding early warning model, which includes the system construction of network public opinion index and the evaluation calculation, etc. The paper forms the overall framework of network public opinion index system system. The management system and the corresponding management function module are designed by programming language, and the system is modified through the actual use of the system in the school. Finally, the collection, analysis and processing of the public opinion information are realized.
