【摘要】：本文基于中國政治經(jīng)濟背景,構(gòu)建了一個關(guān)稅影響因素理論模型,且利用2005—2011年中國制造業(yè)134個部門的數(shù)據(jù),通過OLS和Tobit方法進行了經(jīng)驗驗證。結(jié)果表明:(1)外國最終產(chǎn)品中的中國增加值越高,或者中國最終產(chǎn)品中的外國增加值越高,則中國對于該產(chǎn)品的關(guān)稅水平越低;(2)貿(mào)易協(xié)定的簽署不僅會直接降低中國的關(guān)稅,還會擴大中國增加值上升對關(guān)稅的負影響,削弱外國增加值上升對關(guān)稅的負影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the political and economic background of China, this paper constructs a theoretical model of tariff influencing factors, and makes use of the data from 134 manufacturing sectors in China from 2005 to 2011. The empirical results of OLS and Tobit show that the higher the added value of China in foreign final products, or the higher the added value of foreign products in Chinese final products. The lower the tariff level of this product, the lower the tariff level of China. (2) the signing of a trade agreement will not only directly reduce China's tariffs, but also expand the negative impact of China's rise in added value on tariffs and weaken the negative impact of rising foreign added value on tariffs.
