【摘要】：近些年來社會發(fā)展突飛猛進,城市的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、規(guī)模發(fā)展都得到了大規(guī)模的提升,城市規(guī)模逐漸擴大,城市發(fā)展與管理也急需要提高與科學的管理水平,城市發(fā)展與管理也應(yīng)該考慮更多的元素與因素,全面提高工作效率和城市檔案管理質(zhì)量,以信息化手段結(jié)合人力管理手段提高城市建設(shè)發(fā)展管理質(zhì)量與效率,通過這種方式完成城建信息科學化管理。旅順城建信息管理系統(tǒng)主要可以分為五個功能模塊,分別為員工交流管理、館務(wù)管理、檔案管理、城建機構(gòu)管理以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置五個部分,每一個功能模塊能是應(yīng)對用戶需求,從實際調(diào)研中獲取用戶級別需求,分析并設(shè)計一款量身定制的管理信息系統(tǒng),城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)包括了城市建設(shè)檔案信息管理的一個重要模塊,使用信息數(shù)字化檔案信息管理方式逐漸改變了傳統(tǒng)人工管理方式,能夠提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,降低操作成本以及人力資源,為政府部門改革促進政府部門工作效率也做出了重要的能量,在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化以及未來發(fā)展方面貢獻著重要的作用。本文使用軟件工程相關(guān)理論對城建信息管理系統(tǒng)進行分析與建模,使用統(tǒng)一建模語言對系統(tǒng)進行科學化系統(tǒng)分析,借助用例圖描述系統(tǒng)功能,使用順序圖描述模塊之間的依賴關(guān)系,使用數(shù)據(jù)流圖確定業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的流動方向,使用類圖完成編碼工作前的建模工作,同時選擇瀏覽器服務(wù)器模式作為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)框架,選擇SQL Server作為系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,最后對系統(tǒng)進行集成功能測試,經(jīng)過仔細開發(fā)設(shè)計,當前系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)滿足客戶需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of society, the economic construction, cultural construction and scale development of cities have all been greatly promoted, the scale of cities has gradually expanded, and the level of urban development and management is also in urgent need of improving and scientific management. Urban development and management should also consider more elements and factors to improve the working efficiency and the quality of urban archives management, and improve the quality and efficiency of urban construction and development management by means of information technology and human resources management. The information management system of urban construction in Lushun can be divided into five functional modules, which are employee exchange management, library management, file management, etc. There are five parts of urban construction organization management and system setting, each functional module can meet the needs of users, obtain the user level requirements from the actual investigation, analyze and design a customized management information system. The urban construction archives information management system includes an important module of urban construction archives information management. Using the information digitized archives information management mode has gradually changed the traditional manual management mode, which can improve the service quality. Reducing operating costs and human resources, promoting the efficiency of government departments for the reform of government departments has also made important energy in the political, economic, Culture and future development play an important role. In this paper, software engineering theory is used to analyze and model urban construction information management system, and unified modeling language is used to carry out scientific system analysis. Using the use case diagram to describe the function of the system, using the sequence diagram to describe the dependencies between the modules, using the data flow diagram to determine the flow direction of the business data, and using the class diagram to complete the modeling work before the coding work. At the same time, the browser server model is chosen as the development framework of the system, and SQL Server is chosen as the background database of the system. Finally, the integrated function of the system is tested. After careful development and design, the current system runs stably. Ability to meet customer needs.
