城市道路可變車道設(shè)置方法研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了飛速進(jìn)步,各行各業(yè)都呈現(xiàn)出繁榮發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭,城市作為一個(gè)國(guó)家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的中心,現(xiàn)代化水平不斷提高。但是經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)的背后卻難掩發(fā)展帶來(lái)的陣痛,人口無(wú)節(jié)制的涌入城市,機(jī)動(dòng)車快速增長(zhǎng),道路交通擁堵越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,各類環(huán)境污染也越來(lái)越頻繁的發(fā)生,非常規(guī)突發(fā)事件也時(shí)刻困擾著人們正常的生產(chǎn)生活。 為了解決這些問(wèn)題,人們付出了巨大的努力和代價(jià)。本文主要從可變車道的角度來(lái)對(duì)城市道路交通系統(tǒng)中的潮汐交通進(jìn)行研究?勺冘嚨谰褪侵竿ㄟ^(guò)對(duì)車道進(jìn)行標(biāo)志標(biāo)線的規(guī)劃,針對(duì)城市道路上雙向流量不均衡的條件下,實(shí)時(shí)改變車道的行車方向的技術(shù)?勺冘嚨雷鳛榻鉀Q交通擁堵的一種方式由來(lái)已久,國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者對(duì)可變車道的研究也取得了一些成果,本文正是在這些前人的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)可變車道控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究。 本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容根據(jù)可變車道的應(yīng)用方式主要分為兩部分,首先是對(duì)城市發(fā)生潮汐交通的特定路段、交叉口等運(yùn)用潮汐可變車道技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究;其次,結(jié)合應(yīng)急可變車道技術(shù),對(duì)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)中的路網(wǎng)容量進(jìn)行了研究。 在潮汐可變車道的研究中,主要對(duì)城市道路產(chǎn)生潮汐性交通的原因進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)潮汐交通的特性進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有研究成果,,對(duì)潮汐交通引發(fā)的后果進(jìn)行了探討。重點(diǎn)對(duì)潮汐可變車道的具體設(shè)置條件進(jìn)行了分析,如潮汐可變車道的實(shí)施范圍、起終點(diǎn)開(kāi)口處設(shè)置、標(biāo)志標(biāo)線以及潮汐可變車道的控制措施等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)討論,并根據(jù)近年來(lái)我國(guó)部分城市實(shí)行潮汐可變車道后的總結(jié)教訓(xùn)給出了實(shí)行潮汐車道時(shí)交通管理部門以及交通參與者應(yīng)該采取的輔助措施。結(jié)合東嶺南街的實(shí)例,對(duì)潮汐可變車道進(jìn)行仿真模擬驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果顯示,在設(shè)置潮汐可變車道后,東嶺南街的潮汐交通狀況得到了改善,驗(yàn)證了潮汐可變車道的有效性。 在應(yīng)急可變車道技術(shù)條件下的城市路網(wǎng)容量研究部分,本文首先介紹了雙層規(guī)劃模型的基本原理,然后對(duì)其在城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析。為了解決城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)中的Braess詭異現(xiàn)象,我們引入了城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量的概念,結(jié)合應(yīng)急可變車道技術(shù)以及交叉口信號(hào)配時(shí)優(yōu)化技術(shù),構(gòu)建了基于城市路網(wǎng)容量最大化的應(yīng)急可變車道雙層規(guī)劃模型,以擴(kuò)大城市路網(wǎng)的容量,緩解交通擁堵。對(duì)此類連續(xù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,求解算法較為復(fù)雜,在本文中采用基于靈敏度分析法的啟發(fā)式算法進(jìn)行求解。 接下來(lái)以一個(gè)算例對(duì)構(gòu)建的雙層規(guī)劃模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證采用兩種方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,其一是對(duì)原路網(wǎng)容量進(jìn)行計(jì)算,第二種方法則考慮應(yīng)急可變車道的雙層優(yōu)化模型。結(jié)果分析顯示,在部分路段實(shí)行應(yīng)急可變車道后,城市路網(wǎng)的容量可以進(jìn)一步增大,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has made rapid progress, various industries are showing a momentum of prosperity and development. Cities are the political, economic and cultural centers of a country. The level of modernization continues to improve. But behind the rapid growth of the economy, it is difficult to hide the pains of development, the uncontrolled influx of people into cities, the rapid growth of motor vehicles, and the growing traffic congestion on the roads. Various kinds of environmental pollution also occur more and more frequently, unconventional emergencies are also puzzling people's normal production and life. In order to solve these problems, People pay a great deal of effort and cost. This paper mainly studies tidal traffic in urban road traffic system from the point of view of variable lane. Variable lane refers to the planning of signs and lines through lane marking. Aiming at the technology of changing the lane direction in real time under the condition of uneven two-way flow on the city road, the variable lane has been used for a long time as a way to solve the traffic jam. Experts and scholars at home and abroad have also made some achievements in the study of variable lane, this paper is based on these previous research results of the variable lane control technology for further research. The research content of this paper is divided into two parts according to the application mode of variable lane. Firstly, it studies the specific sections of urban tidal traffic, intersections and so on, using tidal variable lane technology; secondly, Combined with emergency variable lane technology, the network capacity in traffic network design is studied. In the study of tidal variable lanes, the causes of tidal traffic on urban roads are analyzed, and the characteristics of tidal traffic are summarized, combined with the existing research results at home and abroad. In this paper, the consequences of tidal traffic are discussed. The specific setting conditions of tidal variable lane are analyzed, such as the implementation range of tidal variable lane, the setting of opening of starting and ending point, The marking line and the control measures of the tidal variable lane are discussed in detail. According to the lessons learned from the implementation of tidal variable lanes in some cities in China in recent years, the auxiliary measures that should be taken by traffic management departments and traffic participants in the implementation of tidal lanes are given. An example of Dongling South Street is given. The simulation results of tidal variable lane show that the tidal traffic condition of Dongling South Street is improved and the effectiveness of tidal variable lane is verified. In the part of the research on the capacity of urban road network under the condition of emergency variable lane technology, this paper first introduces the basic principle of the bilevel programming model. In order to solve the Braess eerie phenomenon in urban traffic network design, we introduce the concept of urban network capacity. Combined with emergency variable lane technology and intersection signal timing optimization technology, an emergency variable lane bilevel programming model based on maximum capacity of urban road network is constructed to expand the capacity of urban road network. In this paper, a heuristic algorithm based on sensitivity analysis is used to solve this kind of continuous network design problem. Then the bilevel programming model is verified by an example, and the two methods are compared. One is to calculate the capacity of the original road network. The second method considers the two-level optimization model of emergency variable lane. The results show that the capacity of urban road network can be further increased after the implementation of emergency variable lane in some sections of road, which verifies the validity of the model.
