【摘要】：正庶吉士制度是明代在科舉制度基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)設(shè)的一種選拔和培養(yǎng)高級(jí)文官的制度。其創(chuàng)設(shè)于洪武十八年(1385年),入選者稱庶吉士,于翰林院、承敕監(jiān)等近侍衙門觀政,永樂二年(1404年)開始專于翰林院進(jìn)學(xué)。之后庶吉士制度不斷發(fā)展和完善,培養(yǎng)了一大批卓有成就的官員,并對(duì)整個(gè)明代社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面都產(chǎn)生了重要的影響�？婆e考試的殿試結(jié)束后,從二甲、三甲進(jìn)士中再考選優(yōu)秀者入翰林院進(jìn)學(xué),即為"館選"。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the imperial examination system in the Ming Dynasty, a system of selecting and training senior civil servants was created. It was founded in Hongwu for eighteen years (1385). In 1404, Yongle began to study in the Hanlin Academy. Later, the Shushi system continued to develop and improve, bringing up a large number of highly successful officials, as well as the society, politics, and economy of the whole Ming Dynasty. Culture and other aspects have had an important impact. After the examination of the Hall of Imperial examination, from the second, the three Jin-Scholars again selected outstanding students into the Academy of Hanlin, that is, "Guan selected."
