【摘要】：莫迪政府上臺(tái)以來(lái),在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等層面采取多種舉措發(fā)展印日關(guān)系,印日關(guān)系被大幅度提升至"特殊的戰(zhàn)略和全球伙伴關(guān)系"。印日關(guān)系強(qiáng)化的背后有多重驅(qū)動(dòng)力,既有雙方在戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)濟(jì)上的相互借重,也有雙方戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的一致性;既有雙方內(nèi)在價(jià)值觀層面的相近,也有外在因素的推動(dòng)。盡管印日同盟在短期內(nèi)難以形成,但印日關(guān)系的強(qiáng)化對(duì)中國(guó)的安全環(huán)境將產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,中國(guó)在東西兩線將面臨巨大的戰(zhàn)略壓力,在印度洋地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略利益拓展將受到挑戰(zhàn),在南海和東海的權(quán)益也將受到威脅。面對(duì)印日關(guān)系強(qiáng)化所導(dǎo)致的復(fù)雜周邊安全環(huán)境,中國(guó)應(yīng)理性看待亞太地區(qū)國(guó)際關(guān)系的波動(dòng),現(xiàn)實(shí)地處理與周邊國(guó)家的關(guān)系,采取外交、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事以及文化等多種手段來(lái)加以應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:Since the Modi government came to power, it has taken a variety of measures to develop India-Japan relations at the political, economic, military and other levels. India-Japan relations have been greatly upgraded to "a special strategy and a global partnership." what is the driving force behind the strengthening of India-Japan relations? Both sides borrow from each other strategically and economically, and there is consistency between the two sides' strategic objectives. There are similarities in both sides' intrinsic values and external factors. Although the India-Japan alliance is difficult to form in the short term, However, the strengthening of India-Japan relations will have a profound impact on China's security environment, and China will face tremendous strategic pressure on the East and West Lines, and the expansion of strategic interests in the Indian Ocean region will be challenged. The rights and interests in the South China Sea and the East China Sea will also be threatened. In the face of the complex surrounding security environment caused by the strengthening of India-Japan relations, China should take a rational view of the fluctuations in international relations in the Asia-Pacific region, realistically handle relations with neighboring countries, and adopt diplomacy. Economic, military and cultural means to deal with it.
