【摘要】：首都功能核心區(qū)位于北京的中心城區(qū),它承載著首都政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及文化的重要職能,同時(shí),這里集聚了北京豐富的歷史文化資源和現(xiàn)代文化產(chǎn)業(yè),可見其在北京城市發(fā)展中占據(jù)著至關(guān)重要的地位。近年來,文化建設(shè)一直是黨和國家工作的重點(diǎn),如何增強(qiáng)文化軟實(shí)力、提升文化影響力成為國家文化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)。因此,占據(jù)重要地位的首都功能核心區(qū)文化設(shè)施的空間布局建設(shè)顯得尤為重要。研究首都功能核心區(qū)內(nèi)文化設(shè)施布局的現(xiàn)狀及成因,并提出其空間布局的戰(zhàn)略思考以及優(yōu)化建議具有重要意義。本文就以首都功能核心區(qū)內(nèi)的文化設(shè)施為研究對象,以公共設(shè)施區(qū)位理論、文化集群理論等為基礎(chǔ),采用比較研究、定性定量研究、歸納等方法對首都功能核心區(qū)內(nèi)的文化設(shè)施空間布局展開探討。本論文一共分為五大章:第一章緒論,主要介紹了論文的選題背景以及研究的目的及意義等,并進(jìn)一步闡述了論文的整體框架;第二章,深入研究文化設(shè)施空間布局的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)資料,并進(jìn)一步研究倫敦、紐約、東京以及上海四個(gè)城市文化設(shè)施空間布局的特征,為接下來的研究提供理論和案例基礎(chǔ);第三章,重點(diǎn)對首都功能核心區(qū)內(nèi)文化設(shè)施布局現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)其布局特征并發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的主要問題,分析現(xiàn)狀布局形成的原因;第四章,基于文化設(shè)施空間布局現(xiàn)狀以及案例的研究,對首都功能核心區(qū)文化設(shè)施在文化戰(zhàn)略、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化整體性以及文化特征等層面分別提出戰(zhàn)略思考,為進(jìn)一步研究文化設(shè)施空間布局規(guī)劃提供重點(diǎn)和方向;第五章,結(jié)合理論研究、案例分析、現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)以及戰(zhàn)略思考,對首都功能核心區(qū)的文化設(shè)施空間布局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,主要從類型、組合、布局形式以及結(jié)構(gòu)、整體性等方面,并最終提出首都功能核心區(qū)文化設(shè)施空間布局規(guī)劃對策。
[Abstract]:The capital functional core area is located in the central city of Beijing. It carries the important functions of politics, economy and culture in the capital. At the same time, it gathers rich historical and cultural resources and modern cultural industries in Beijing. In recent years, cultural construction has been the focus of the work of the Party and the state. How to enhance the soft power of culture and enhance the cultural influence has become the focus of national cultural construction. It is particularly important to study the present situation and causes of cultural facilities layout in the capital functional core area. It is of great significance to put forward the strategic thinking and optimization suggestion of its spatial layout. This paper takes the cultural facilities in the capital functional core area as the research object, takes the public facilities location theory, the cultural cluster theory and so on as the foundation, adopts the comparative research. Qualitative and quantitative research, induction and other methods to explore the spatial layout of cultural facilities in the capital functional core area. This paper is divided into five chapters: chapter 1, introduction, mainly introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, etc. In the second chapter, the author deeply studies the theory and literature of the spatial layout of cultural facilities, and further studies the characteristics of the spatial layout of cultural facilities in four cities, London, New York, Tokyo and Shanghai. The third chapter focuses on the present situation of cultural facilities layout in the capital functional core area, summarizes its layout characteristics and finds out the main problems, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the present situation layout. Chapter 4th, based on the present situation of cultural facilities spatial layout and the case study, puts forward the strategic thinking on cultural strategy, cultural industry, cultural integrity and cultural characteristics of the cultural facilities in the capital functional core area, respectively, in the aspects of cultural strategy, cultural industry, cultural integrity and cultural characteristics, etc. Chapter 5th, combining with theoretical research, case analysis, current situation summary and strategic thinking, optimizes the spatial layout of cultural facilities in the capital functional core area. Mainly from the type, combination, layout form, structure, integrity and so on, and finally put forward the capital function core area cultural facilities spatial layout planning countermeasures.
