【摘要】：2012年11月，，胡錦濤總書記在十八大報(bào)告中提出的堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”,是對(duì)全黨全國各族人民精神狀態(tài)的新要求。在世界多極化和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅猛發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步日新月異、以經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技為代表的綜合國力競爭日趨激烈的今天，堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”，有利于把全黨全國各族人民凝聚在中國特色社會(huì)主義偉大旗幟下，有利于以更加奮發(fā)有為的精神狀態(tài)全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面深化改革開放，在復(fù)雜的世界格局中保持自身特色、開辟發(fā)展前景。 只有深入理解，才能努力踐行；只有深入學(xué)習(xí)全面理解黨提出的“自信觀”，才能在中國特色社會(huì)主義的偉大實(shí)踐中堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”；只有全面深入探究“三個(gè)自信”源自何處，才能更自覺地堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”。本文從理論與實(shí)踐、歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)、國內(nèi)與國際等多個(gè)視角系統(tǒng)探究堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”的緣由與依據(jù)。 本文共分四部分： 第一部分：從理論視角系統(tǒng)分析馬克思主義與中國化的馬克思主義的科學(xué)性是堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”的理論基礎(chǔ)。一方面，馬克思主義作為科學(xué)的世界觀和方法論，以其實(shí)踐性、革命性、階級(jí)性、發(fā)展性為社會(huì)主義中國堅(jiān)定“三個(gè)自信”奠定了科學(xué)的理論底蘊(yùn)。另一方面，從由毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀構(gòu)成的中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系，以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)持解放思想、實(shí)事求是、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，以一系列創(chuàng)造性成果，反映時(shí)代要求，回應(yīng)時(shí)代挑戰(zhàn)，對(duì)中國革命、建設(shè)和改革開放新時(shí)期所面臨的問題給予系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)回答，從而為我們堅(jiān)持“三個(gè)自信”奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分：從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、外交等實(shí)踐的視角展示中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)和改革所取得的偉大成就，證明中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的發(fā)展性是“三個(gè)自信”的實(shí)踐依據(jù)。 第三部分：從歷史的視角分析中國共產(chǎn)黨堅(jiān)持全心全意為人民服務(wù)的宗旨，以及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民不斷走在時(shí)代前列并增強(qiáng)民族自信心所展示的先進(jìn)性是堅(jiān)持“三個(gè)自信”的根本保障和不竭動(dòng)力。 第四部分：從國際的視角分析中國與印度、前蘇聯(lián)等國在發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、道路選擇、政策實(shí)施等方面的比較中顯示出的中國特色社會(huì)主義的優(yōu)越性是堅(jiān)持“三個(gè)自信”的有力依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In November 2012, General Secretary Hu Jintao, in his report to the 18 National Congress, put forward the firm "three self-confidence", which is a new requirement for the spiritual state of the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country, and has developed rapidly in the world of multipolarization and economic globalization. With the rapid development of science and technology, the competition of comprehensive national strength, represented by economy and science and technology, is becoming increasingly fierce, and the "three self-confidence" is firmly established. It will help the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to gather under the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, build a well-off society in an even more energetic spirit, and comprehensively deepen reform and opening up. In the complex world pattern to maintain their own characteristics, open up the prospects for development. Only when we have a deep understanding can we work hard to practice it. Only by deeply studying and fully understanding the "confidence view" put forward by the Party, can the "three self-confidence" be firmly established in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics; Only by comprehensively and deeply exploring where the "three self-confidence" originated, can we more consciously firm the "three self-confidence". This paper focuses on theory and practice, history and reality. Domestic and international perspectives systematically explore the reasons and basis of the firm "three self-confidence". This paper is divided into four parts: The first part: the systematic analysis of Marxism and Sinicized Marxism from the theoretical perspective is the theoretical basis of "three self-confidence". As a scientific world outlook and methodology, Marxism, with its practicality, revolution, class nature and development, has laid a scientific theoretical foundation for the firm "three self-confidence" of socialist China. The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is composed of Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific development view, is guided by Marxism, insists on emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. Keep pace with the times, with a series of creative achievements, reflect the requirements of the times, respond to the challenges of the times, and give a systematic and scientific answer to the problems faced by the Chinese revolution, construction and the new period of reform and opening up. Thus, it lays a solid theoretical foundation for us to adhere to the "three self-confidence". The second part: from the political, economic, cultural, diplomatic and other practical perspective to show the socialist construction and reform with Chinese characteristics of great achievements. It is proved that the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the practical basis of "three confidence". The third part: from the historical perspective of the Communist Party of China to adhere to the purpose of wholeheartedly serving the people. It is the fundamental guarantee and inexhaustible motive force to persist in the "three self-confidence" that its leading people constantly walk in the forefront of the times and enhance the advanced nature of the nation's self-confidence. Part 4th: from the international perspective to analyze China, India, the former Soviet Union and other countries in the development situation, road choice. The superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is shown in the comparison of policy implementation and other aspects, is the strong basis for adhering to "three self-confidence".
