【摘要】：中國與俄羅斯作為兩個超級大國,在世界政治、經(jīng)濟和文化等各個領(lǐng)域都起到了舉足輕重的作用。20世紀90年代,中俄雙邊戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系正式建立,中俄雙邊政府往來與合作日益密切。此后隨著中俄不斷加強政治互信,中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作也不斷拓展,雙邊貿(mào)易額持續(xù)增高。2013年3月習近平主席對俄羅斯進行訪問活動,明確了雙方要實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟合作量與質(zhì)的平衡發(fā)展,促進貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)多元化。中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)正朝著更加高質(zhì)量、高層次、高維度的方向發(fā)展。我們有理由相信中俄貿(mào)易也定將開創(chuàng)出嶄新局面。但如此同時,中俄雙邊貿(mào)易還面臨著諸多問題,相比于中國同歐美日韓等其他國家,中俄貿(mào)易水平遠遠沒有達到與政治水平和經(jīng)貿(mào)條件相契合的應(yīng)有的高度。當前中俄商品貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)仍然比較單一、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易水平比較低,中俄貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)亟待改善。這同時也說明中俄兩國之間尚有極大的貿(mào)易潛力有待挖掘。文章主要分為六個部分,從總體的寫作思路安排上講,文章首先從中俄貿(mào)易行業(yè)的視角,具體闡述了中俄貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀與貿(mào)易水平；然后運用顯性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易指數(shù)等計量工具,從中俄貿(mào)易互補性和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易兩個角度充分論證了中俄貿(mào)易的行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特征、雙邊貿(mào)易可能流向與中俄貿(mào)易缺口在哪里；最后通過分析各個指數(shù)的實證檢驗與計量結(jié)果,深入探討了中俄貨物貿(mào)易可能存在的新的增長點及潛力空間,依舊從中俄貿(mào)易的互補性和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易兩個維度得出具體行業(yè)的一些分析結(jié)論,并在文章的最后提出相應(yīng)的可行性對策建議。
[Abstract]:Chinese with Russia as the two superpower in the world political, economic and cultural fields have played a pivotal role in.20 in 90s, the Sino Russian strategic partnership established bilateral exchanges and cooperation, the government is increasingly close. Then with China and Russia continue to strengthen political mutual trust, the Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation is also expanding the bilateral the trade volume continued to increase in March.2013 President Xi Jinping visit to Russia, clear the two sides to achieve a balanced development of economic cooperation in quantity and quality, promote the diversification of trade structure. Trade between China and Russia is moving towards a more high quality, high level, high dimension direction. We have reason to believe that Sino Russian trade will create a new situation. But at the same time, the Sino Russian bilateral trade still faces many problems, compared to China with Europe and Japan and South Korea and other countries, the Sino Russian trade Pingyuan Yishui Far from agreeing with the political and economic conditions of the level of the desired height. The current Sino Russian trade structure is single, the level of intra industry trade is relatively low, the Sino Russian trade structure needs to be improved. It also shows that there is great potential for trade between China and Russia have to be excavated. The article is divided into six parts, from the arrangement the idea of writing the overall speaking, firstly from the Sino Russian trade industry perspective, specifically expounds the current situation of trade structure and trade between China and Russia; and then use the revealed comparative advantage index, intra industry trade index measurement tools, from two angles of complementary Sino Russian trade and intra industry trade fully demonstrates the industry structure characteristics of trade between China and Russia. Bilateral trade and trade between China and Russia may flow to where the gap; finally through the empirical test and measurement results of each index, in-depth study of the Sino Russian goods The potential growth potential and potential space of the trade of goods may still exist. From the two dimensions of Sino Russian trade complementarity and intra industry trade, we can get some conclusions of specific industries, and put forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures and suggestions at the end of the article.
