【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著教育改革的不斷深化,素質(zhì)教育理念的廣泛展開,學(xué)校音樂(lè)教育也逐步得到重視。就全國(guó)范圍來(lái)講,自2001年全國(guó)各省市地區(qū)實(shí)施《全日制義務(wù)教育音樂(lè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)》以來(lái),我國(guó)的學(xué);A(chǔ)音樂(lè)教育已經(jīng)取得了顯著成就。其主要表現(xiàn)有三:一是隨著教育觀念的不斷更新、音樂(lè)教育體制的不斷完善,音樂(lè)教師整體素質(zhì)得到一定程度提高;二是由于音樂(lè)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施,音樂(lè)課開課率已得到穩(wěn)步提升,學(xué)生課外音樂(lè)活動(dòng)日益豐富多彩;三是音樂(lè)教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投入明顯增大,學(xué)生音樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)的條件得到逐步改善。這些成果都為我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)音樂(lè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在取得諸多成績(jī)的同時(shí),我們也必須認(rèn)識(shí)到,我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)音樂(lè)教育發(fā)展仍然存在著許多不適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。如音樂(lè)教育呈現(xiàn)各區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡的態(tài)勢(shì);音樂(lè)教育在鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)中小學(xué)中被不同程度的輕視甚至忽視現(xiàn)象依然存在:音樂(lè)教育師資配備不齊、教學(xué)設(shè)備和教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入不足、教學(xué)和科研成果落后,以及在新課程實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的諸多疑問(wèn)無(wú)法解決等等。這些問(wèn)題,從客觀上阻礙了我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)音樂(lè)教育的整體發(fā)展。荊州是湖北省五大區(qū)域性中心城市之一,國(guó)務(wù)院公布的首批24座中國(guó)歷史文化名城之一。建城歷史2600多年,是楚文化的發(fā)祥地和三國(guó)文化之鄉(xiāng)。荊州市委市政正集全市之力擬將該市打造成政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化為一體的“長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶鋼腰”。本論題正是基于國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)教育改革、國(guó)家中部崛起發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和湖北省壯腰工程三重背景,立足荊州市教育文化的發(fā)展,以該市荊州區(qū)中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育為對(duì)象所進(jìn)行的調(diào)查研究。論題采用抽樣調(diào)查的方法,在荊州市荊州區(qū)城區(qū)、城郊及周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的28所中小學(xué)校抽樣9所進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查。為使調(diào)查結(jié)果盡可能的準(zhǔn)確、客觀,筆者一方面在選擇調(diào)查樣本時(shí)盡可能的考慮抽樣學(xué)校的招生覆蓋面,考慮調(diào)查具體對(duì)象(教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)、管理人員)的典型性和代表性:另一方面在調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)查過(guò)程和調(diào)查結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)諸環(huán)節(jié)中,分別采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與抽樣法、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析法、比較研究法等方法,堅(jiān)持規(guī)范程序,科學(xué)調(diào)查。調(diào)查報(bào)告共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分緒論,對(duì)本文的選題背景、資料來(lái)源、研究現(xiàn)狀、調(diào)查方法和調(diào)查意義進(jìn)行闡述;第二部分主要是介紹對(duì)荊州區(qū)中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的設(shè)計(jì),主要對(duì)調(diào)查的方法論基礎(chǔ)、擬調(diào)查的基本內(nèi)容、調(diào)查的步驟安排、調(diào)查的注意事項(xiàng)等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說(shuō)明;第三部分主要是公布調(diào)查結(jié)果,主要從學(xué)校、音樂(lè)教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)四個(gè)方面,對(duì)學(xué)校音樂(lè)教學(xué)設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀、音樂(lè)教師的層次結(jié)構(gòu)與專業(yè)素質(zhì)、實(shí)施新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師的教學(xué)理念、課堂教學(xué)情況、音樂(lè)課外活動(dòng)的開展情況,學(xué)生對(duì)待音樂(lè)學(xué)科的態(tài)度以及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)待學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)音樂(lè)的態(tài)度等方面的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行客觀記錄,并對(duì)荊州市荊州區(qū)中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。第四部分主要是根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,從音樂(lè)教師隊(duì)伍、創(chuàng)新音樂(lè)教學(xué)設(shè)備、豐富音樂(lè)文化生活等方面提出有益的建議。最后對(duì)全文做出總結(jié)。音樂(lè)教育是對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行審美教育主要途徑,從國(guó)家層面來(lái)看,第四次基礎(chǔ)教育改革將音樂(lè)教育提高到前所未有的重要地位。但由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡,全國(guó)音樂(lè)教育存在著沿海與內(nèi)地、城市與鄉(xiāng)村等多個(gè)層面的不平衡。僅希望通過(guò)本次調(diào)查,客觀真實(shí)地了解湖北省荊州市荊州區(qū)中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,并通過(guò)對(duì)該地區(qū)音樂(lè)教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究與深入分析,探尋出一些適合該區(qū)教育實(shí)際的方法和舉措,并能為當(dāng)?shù)啬酥粮骷?jí)教育行政部門的決策提供依據(jù),從而為推動(dòng)該區(qū)域甚或全國(guó)中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展略盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:At present, with the deepening of education reform, quality education has been widely developed, the school music education also gradually get attention across the country, the implementation of music course standard of full-time compulsory education since 2001, all provinces and regions (experimental edition) > since the foundation of our school music education has made remarkable achievements. Three main manifestations: one is with the educational concept of continuously updated, the music education system continues to improve, the overall quality of music teachers was increased to a certain extent; two is due to the implementation of the new music curriculum standard, music class rate has been steadily improved, students are increasingly rich and colorful extracurricular music activities; three is the music teaching infrastructure investment increased significantly, music learning conditions have been improved. These results are for the sustainable development of basic music education in our country and lay a solid Based on made a lot of achievements. At the same time, we must also recognize that the development of Chinese basic music education still exist many problems. Such as adapt to the development of music education is the imbalance of regional development trend; music education in rural primary school in the town, is not the same degree of contempt and even ignore the phenomenon still exist: teachers of music education with arrhythmia, teaching equipment and teaching lack of funding, teaching and scientific research is backward, many questions exist and the implementation of the new curriculum in the process and so on. To solve these problems, from objectively hindered the development of basic music education in our country. Jingzhou is one of the central city the five regions of Hubei Province, the State Council announced the 24 Chinese historical and cultural city. The city built 2600 years of history, is the birthplace of Chu culture and three rural culture of Jingzhou municipal government. Is a power of the city intends to turn the city into politics, economy, culture as one of the "Yangtze River economic strip waist.
