【摘要】:高質(zhì)量的教育能有效提高人民的綜合素質(zhì),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面健康快速的發(fā)展。而教師的專業(yè)能力水平是影響教育質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要因素。正是因?yàn)檫@樣,近年來(lái)我國(guó)加大了對(duì)教師的投入,力圖從職前、職后兩方面來(lái)有效提高教師質(zhì)量。比如,正在實(shí)行的免費(fèi)師范生制度,從提高師范生準(zhǔn)入門檻和入校后讓他們接受系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練兩方面入手抓職前教師的質(zhì)量,從而確保他們走出學(xué)校后有較高的專業(yè)綜合素質(zhì),能盡快勝任教師這一工作。而正在開(kāi)展的“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”則是國(guó)家為在職教師提供的進(jìn)一步培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),目的在于提高在職教師的教育理論水平、更新他們的教育教學(xué)觀念。除此之外,公開(kāi)課也是提高在職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平的一個(gè)重要形式,上公開(kāi)課不僅能使教師接受到一些新的教育教學(xué)觀念,而且能有效的提高教師的課堂實(shí)踐能力,對(duì)于提高教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì),促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展有著其他形式不可替代的重要作用。 筆者以重慶市城、鄉(xiāng)八所學(xué)校的教師為研究對(duì)象。主要運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷和訪談的研究方法,對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)、訪談材料和相關(guān)文字資料進(jìn)行整理、分析,探尋公開(kāi)課在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用。研究結(jié)果表明:公開(kāi)課可以提高授課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平;公開(kāi)課對(duì)不同階段教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展有不同的影響。具體表現(xiàn)在:(1)公開(kāi)課可以促進(jìn)教師不斷更新教育教學(xué)觀念;(2)公開(kāi)課可以提高上課教師的專業(yè)技能;(3)公開(kāi)課可以促進(jìn)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老教師更新專業(yè)理論知識(shí);(4)公開(kāi)課對(duì)于促進(jìn)初任教師的專業(yè)技能有重要的作用。在研究過(guò)程中,筆者還發(fā)現(xiàn)目前公開(kāi)課還存在以下問(wèn)題:從上課主體來(lái)看,教師上公開(kāi)課的積極性不高,多為青年教師和新教師;從上課的過(guò)程來(lái)看,公開(kāi)課存在著較多的形式主義的問(wèn)題;從上課的結(jié)果來(lái)看,公開(kāi)課的質(zhì)量參差不齊。根據(jù)上述問(wèn)題,筆者提出幾點(diǎn)建議:教育主管部門層面,明確評(píng)價(jià)目的,完善評(píng)價(jià)制度;學(xué)校層面,正確認(rèn)識(shí)公開(kāi)課,建立制度保障體系;教師層面,保證公開(kāi)課的真實(shí)性,增強(qiáng)自主發(fā)展意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:High quality education can effectively improve the people's comprehensive quality, and then promote politics and economy. Culture and other aspects of healthy and rapid development. And the level of professional competence of teachers is an important factor affecting the quality of education. Because of this, in recent years, our country has increased the input to teachers, trying to pre-service. For example, the free normal students system is being implemented, from raising the entrance threshold of normal students and after entering the school to let them accept the system of professional learning. Training two aspects to grasp the quality of pre-service teachers, so as to ensure that they go out of school after a higher professional comprehensive quality. The "National Education Program" is an opportunity for in-service teachers to further train and learn, with the aim of improving the educational theory level of in-service teachers. In addition, open class is also an important way to improve the professional development of in-service teachers. Moreover, it can effectively improve teachers' classroom practical ability, which plays an irreplaceable role in improving teachers' professional quality and promoting teachers' professional development. The author takes the teachers of eight schools in Chongqing City and Township as the research object. Mainly using the questionnaire and interview research methods, the questionnaire data, interview materials and related text materials are sorted out and analyzed. To explore the role of open courses in teachers' professional development. The results show that: open courses can improve the professional development of teachers; The open class has different influence on teachers' professional development in different stages. (2) Open courses can improve the professional skills of teachers; (3) Open courses can promote experienced teachers to update their professional theoretical knowledge; In the course of the research, the author also found that there are the following problems: from the subject of class. The enthusiasm of teachers to attend open classes is not high, most of them are young teachers and new teachers; From the point of view of the course of the class, there are many formalism problems in the open course; According to the above problems, the author puts forward several suggestions: education department level, clear evaluation purpose, perfect evaluation system; School level, the correct understanding of open courses, the establishment of a system of security system; Teachers, to ensure the authenticity of open classes, enhance the awareness of independent development.
