【摘要】：中柬關(guān)系由來已久,華僑華人移居柬埔寨的悠久歷史上可追溯到宋代,早在700多年以前,中國人就已定居在這片湄公河和洞里撒湖孕育的平原沃土上。柬埔寨華僑華人歷經(jīng)法國的殖民統(tǒng)治、柬埔寨的獨(dú)立、朗諾政權(quán)和紅色高棉政權(quán),命運(yùn)跌宕起伏。1991年以來,隨著柬埔寨恢復(fù)和平,國內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢穩(wěn)定,再加上洪森政府推行寬容的華人政策,柬埔寨華僑華人開始重新在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域嶄露頭角,文化教育事業(yè)慢慢恢復(fù),政治訴求也慢慢顯現(xiàn)出來。本文回顧了1991年以來柬埔寨華人社會的移民、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,羅列1991年以來中國和柬埔寨之間頻繁密切的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來、文化交流和政治互動的基本情況,通過雙邊關(guān)系中的具體事例,分析90年代以來柬埔寨華僑華人在中柬關(guān)系中所起的十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Sino-Cambodian relations have a long history, the long history of overseas Chinese emigrating to Cambodia can be traced back to the Song Dynasty, as early as 700 years ago. The Chinese have settled in the fertile plains of the Mekong and Donglisa lakes. The Cambodian overseas Chinese have been under the colonial rule of France, the independence of Cambodia, the Lono regime and the Khmer Rouge regime. Since 1991, with the restoration of peace in Cambodia, the domestic political and economic situation has been stable, coupled with the Hun Sen government's tolerant Chinese policy. The overseas Chinese in Cambodia have begun to re-emerge in the economic field, cultural and educational undertakings have slowly recovered, and political demands have gradually emerged. This article reviews the immigration of Cambodian Chinese society since 1991. The state of economic and social development lists the basic facts of the frequent and close economic exchanges cultural exchanges and political interactions between China and Cambodia since 1991 through concrete examples in bilateral relations. This paper analyzes the important role played by overseas Chinese in Cambodia in the Sino-Cambodian relations since 90s.
