【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟總量的不斷增加,2010年以來,中國穩(wěn)居世界第二大經(jīng)濟體地位,這促使中國國家硬實力和國家軟實力快速提升;與此同時,中國企業(yè)競爭力隨著中國國家實力的提升而迅速提高。但是中國企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)、專利等硬實力提升的同時,遇到越來越多的問題和困惑。這已經(jīng)不是企業(yè)硬實力問題,而是涉及企業(yè)管理模式、品牌效應(yīng)、創(chuàng)新機制、人力資源、戰(zhàn)略管理及信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用等一系列關(guān)系企業(yè)發(fā)展基石的軟實力問題,這一問題長期困擾中國企業(yè)管理界。全面研究并探索企業(yè)軟實力的提升與管理,是中國企業(yè)融入世界經(jīng)濟體制、參與并引領(lǐng)世界經(jīng)濟一體化的必由之路。因此,進行企業(yè)軟實力系統(tǒng)理論與原理研究,尋找科學(xué)有效的軟實力建設(shè)方法,建立嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)規(guī)范的評價控制體系,對于幫助中國企業(yè)進行系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化的軟實力建設(shè)具有時代和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從系統(tǒng)論角度出發(fā),對企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)與評價的國內(nèi)外文獻與研究成果進行深入分析,綜合研究企業(yè)軟實力理論、績效考核理論、系統(tǒng)論、戰(zhàn)略管理等企業(yè)運營管理理論,對企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)與評價的內(nèi)在機理與要素因子進行識別,探索企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)系統(tǒng)的特征,通過采用理論分析、比較分析、統(tǒng)計分析和實證分析等多種現(xiàn)代分析工具和方法,緊密聯(lián)系企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理實踐過程,研究探索企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)原理、系統(tǒng)模型、建設(shè)路徑和評價與控制機制,并完成周期性實證檢驗。 本文的主要創(chuàng)新點在于:基于系統(tǒng)論理論原理,探明計劃管理、信息技術(shù)管理、績效考核管理對于企業(yè)軟實力系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)管理、信息集成與傳遞、評價與控制的內(nèi)在作用機理;分析企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)與企業(yè)生命周期的邏輯關(guān)系;根據(jù)企業(yè)軟實力系統(tǒng)的耗散結(jié)構(gòu)特征,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)軟實力系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與評價的理論框架;分析了企業(yè)軟實力系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與企業(yè)硬實力發(fā)展、社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文明與環(huán)境的信息與能量交換的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)系統(tǒng)概念模型;分析企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)系統(tǒng)的路徑類型,路徑結(jié)構(gòu),確立企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)的前期決策關(guān)鍵路徑、中期實施與運行關(guān)鍵路徑、后期評價關(guān)鍵路徑和持續(xù)改進的長效關(guān)鍵路徑,給出路徑選擇原則,建立了企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)路徑。根據(jù)企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)的評價因子作用機理,,明確評價與控制的核心意義,完成企業(yè)軟實力評價與控制理論分析。研究理論框架與模型的核心目標(biāo)是科學(xué)控制企業(yè)軟實力建設(shè)與評價過程,促進并實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, China has been the second largest economy in the world with the increasing of total economic volume, which makes China's national hard power and national soft power improve rapidly. At the same time, the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has increased rapidly with the improvement of China's national strength. However, Chinese enterprises have increased their economic, technological, patent and other hard power at the same time. Meet more and more problems and puzzles. This is not a problem of enterprise hard strength, but related to enterprise management model, brand effect, innovation mechanism, human resources. Strategic management and information technology application are a series of soft power problems related to the foundation stone of enterprise development. This problem has long troubled the Chinese enterprise management circle. The promotion and management of enterprise soft power have been comprehensively studied and explored. It is the only way for Chinese enterprises to integrate into the world economic system, to participate in and lead the integration of the world economy. Therefore, to study the theory and principle of enterprise soft power system, to find a scientific and effective method of soft power construction. The establishment of a rigorous and standardized evaluation and control system is of historical and practical significance for the construction of systematized, standardized and scientific soft power for Chinese enterprises. From the point of view of system theory, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the domestic and foreign literature and research results on the construction and evaluation of enterprise soft power, and synthetically studies the theory of enterprise soft power, the theory of performance appraisal, and the theory of system. Strategic management and other business operation management theory identify the internal mechanism and factor factors of enterprise soft power construction and evaluation explore the characteristics of enterprise soft power construction system through the use of theoretical analysis comparative analysis. Statistical analysis and empirical analysis of a variety of modern analysis tools and methods, closely linked to the practice of business management process, to explore the construction of soft power enterprise system principles, system models. Construction path and evaluation and control mechanism, and complete periodic empirical test. The main innovation points of this paper are: based on the theory of system theory, research plan management, information technology management, performance appraisal management for enterprise soft power system management, information integration and transmission. The internal mechanism of evaluation and control; The logical relationship between the construction of enterprise soft power and the enterprise life cycle is analyzed. According to the dissipative structure characteristics of enterprise soft power system, the theoretical framework of enterprise soft power system construction and evaluation is constructed. This paper analyzes the logical structure of enterprise soft power system construction and enterprise hard power development, social politics, economy, civilization and environment information and energy exchange, and constructs the concept model of enterprise soft power construction system. This paper analyzes the path type and path structure of enterprise soft power construction system, establishes the key path of enterprise soft power construction in the early stage, the implementation and operation of the key path in the medium term. In the later stage, the critical path and the long-effect critical path of continuous improvement are evaluated, the principle of path selection is given, and the structural path of enterprise soft power construction is established. According to the mechanism of evaluation factor of enterprise soft power construction. Make clear the core meaning of evaluation and control, complete the theory analysis of enterprise soft power evaluation and control. The core goal of the theoretical framework and model is to scientifically control the construction and evaluation process of enterprise soft power. Promote and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
