【摘要】：廣西水果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?但目前發(fā)展水平較低,近幾年受中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建立等因素影響,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)亟需轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。崇左市江州區(qū)位于廣西西南,農(nóng)業(yè)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)甘蔗種植業(yè)面臨巨大,發(fā)展特色水果產(chǎn)業(yè)成為當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要途徑,受到農(nóng)戶支持、工商資本關(guān)注。 本研究對(duì)江州區(qū)概況進(jìn)行了介紹,采用SWOT-PEST框架分析了當(dāng)?shù)靥厣a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)方面具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅。根據(jù)分析,建議江州區(qū)發(fā)展特色水果產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路是：立足優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,聯(lián)系中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的背景,以產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和產(chǎn)業(yè)功能拓展為方向,堅(jiān)持市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向與政府引導(dǎo)相結(jié)合,發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)配置資源作用,扶持農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)、合作社、大戶,通過(guò)特色水果產(chǎn)業(yè)示范基地等重大項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,打造果業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型樣板房,引進(jìn)早、優(yōu)、觀光采摘型水果新品種、新技術(shù)并逐步示范推廣,培育形成大產(chǎn)業(yè)。研究提出了需要遵循的“六大方針”,并建議江州區(qū)政府圍繞“五大定位”積極營(yíng)造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展良好環(huán)境。規(guī)劃了江州區(qū)“一心一帶”的產(chǎn)業(yè)初期發(fā)展格局,通過(guò)“一心一帶”的示范推廣,逐步推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。對(duì)“一心”進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,建設(shè)黑水河休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范園,通過(guò)特色水果采摘體驗(yàn)等特色品牌項(xiàng)目,打造廣西高品質(zhì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范園、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整示范基地、企業(yè)投資樣板。 在黑水河休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范園進(jìn)行中國(guó)櫻桃、桃、楊梅、枇杷等特殊水果引種試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂驐l件和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,試驗(yàn)示范了沾根移栽、黑地膜保濕除草、埋土假植等應(yīng)用性技術(shù)的示范,并記錄了果樹(shù)引種栽培試驗(yàn)頭年的田間狀況。
[Abstract]:The fruit industry of Guangxi has great development potential, but the level of development is low. In recent years, affected by the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and other factors, the industrial structure is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. Jiangzhou District of Chongzuo City is located in the southwest of Guangxi. The sugarcane planting industry of agricultural pillar industry is facing huge development characteristic fruit industry becomes the important way to adjust the agricultural industrial structure by the farmer household support industrial and commercial capital concern. This paper introduces the general situation of Jiangzhou District, and analyzes the political, economic, social and technical advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of the development of local characteristic fruit industry by using SWOT-PEST framework. According to the analysis, it is suggested that Jiangzhou District develop characteristic fruit industry in the direction of upgrading of industrial structure and expansion of industrial function, based on advantageous conditions, connecting with the background of China-ASEAN Free Trade area. We will adhere to the combination of market guidance and government guidance, give full play to the role of market allocation of resources, and support the implementation of major projects such as leading agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and large households, and through demonstration bases of characteristic fruit industries. Build fruit industry transformation model house, introduce early, excellent, sightseeing and picking new fruit varieties, new technology and gradually demonstration and promotion, cultivate the formation of a large industry. The study put forward the need to follow the "six major guidelines". It is suggested that the Jiangzhou District Government should actively create a favorable environment for industrial development around the "five Great Positioning". It has planned the initial development pattern of the industry in Jiangzhou District, and adopted the demonstration and promotion of "one Heart area". Step by step promote the healthy development of the industry. "one mind" for the key project planning, the construction of Heishui River leisure agriculture demonstration garden, through the characteristics of fruit picking experience and other special brand projects. Build Guangxi high-quality leisure agriculture demonstration park, agricultural industrial structure adjustment demonstration base, enterprise investment model. The experiment of introducing Chinese cherry, peach, bayberry, loquat and other special fruits in Heishuihe leisure agricultural demonstration garden was carried out. According to the local climatic conditions and the present situation of agricultural production, the experiment demonstrated the transplanting with root and the moisture removal by black mulching film. Demonstration of applied techniques such as buried soil pseudoplanting and recording of field status in the first year of fruit tree introduction and cultivation experiment.
