【摘要】：該翻譯實踐目的有二:一是讓對19世紀資本主義歷史有興趣的讀者和專業(yè)方向與近代世界史有關(guān)的讀者了解更多當時的資本主義政治經(jīng)濟狀況,二是進一步在翻譯實踐中體現(xiàn)生態(tài)翻譯學對學術(shù)文本翻譯的指導作用。該翻譯實踐以美國學者思文·貝克特的歷史學著作《棉花帝國:一部世界史》的序言部分和第十二章的所有內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ)進行,所選取的文本類型為學術(shù)文本,根據(jù)紐馬克對文本的分類,翻譯實踐源文主要為信息類文本,也有部分內(nèi)容為表達類文本。前者遵循讀者第一的原則,后者遵循作者第一的原則。在翻譯實踐中,以生態(tài)翻譯學的角度將實踐中的問題分為語言維、交際維和文化維三個維度的問題。不同維度的問題可能在原文同一處出現(xiàn),因此翻譯過程中通常對三個維度綜合考慮進而實現(xiàn)符合原文和譯文生態(tài)要求的轉(zhuǎn)換。在此過程中還注意體現(xiàn)“譯者中心”理念。通過翻譯實踐進一步說明生態(tài)翻譯學的三維轉(zhuǎn)換方法適用于學術(shù)文本的英譯漢。

The former follows the readers first the principle of the latter, the author follows the first principle. In translation practice, from the perspective of eco translatology will practice the problem is divided into linguistic dimension, communicative and Three dimensions of cultural dimension problem. Different dimensions of the original problem may be in the same area, so in the process of translation are usually the three dimensions into consideration and meet the ecological requirements of the source and target conversion. In this process also reflects the "translator centered" concept. The English translation through the translation practice further explains the three-dimensional transformation method eco translatology is suitable for academic texts of the Han Dynasty.
