【摘要】：本文從批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析的視角對(duì)《2013年政府工作報(bào)告》的翻譯問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討研究。 一年一度的政府工作報(bào)告涉及國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、外交以及民生等各個(gè)方面,是國(guó)際社會(huì)了解當(dāng)代中國(guó)國(guó)情和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)的權(quán)威信息來(lái)源。因此,政府工作報(bào)告翻譯質(zhì)量的重要性也日益凸顯。已有的關(guān)乎政府工作報(bào)告翻譯的研究主要集中在語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)等方面,而本文則通過(guò)批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析的方法,探討政府工作報(bào)告中語(yǔ)言形式與意識(shí)形態(tài)之間的關(guān)系以及批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析對(duì)政府工作報(bào)告翻譯研究的指導(dǎo)意義。 批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析認(rèn)為語(yǔ)言形式是由其社會(huì)功能決定的,語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)的不同反映出意識(shí)形態(tài)的不同。作者從批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析的角度,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)法分析方法,從分類、及物性、情態(tài)以及轉(zhuǎn)換等詞匯語(yǔ)法系統(tǒng)對(duì)《2013年政府工作報(bào)告》的源語(yǔ)和目的語(yǔ)文本進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了譯文與原文之間在語(yǔ)言形式上的差異,并且對(duì)這些差異產(chǎn)生的原因作出了闡釋,進(jìn)一步揭示了語(yǔ)言形式與意識(shí)形態(tài)之間的關(guān)系,從而表明了意識(shí)形態(tài)對(duì)政府工作報(bào)告翻譯的影響。 因此,在政府工作報(bào)告這類政治語(yǔ)篇的翻譯中,意識(shí)形態(tài)因素影響著語(yǔ)言形式的選擇和運(yùn)用,語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用也影響著意識(shí)形態(tài)意義的傳播和理解。此外,批評(píng)性話語(yǔ)分析的方法有助于提高譯者對(duì)源語(yǔ)和目的語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)和意識(shí)形態(tài)差異的理解能力,進(jìn)而以一種有利于目的語(yǔ)讀者接受的方式傳達(dá)源語(yǔ)意義和意識(shí)形態(tài)內(nèi)涵,提高譯文的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the translation of government work report in <2013 from the perspective of critical discourse analysis.
Once a year the government work report to the national political, economic, cultural, diplomatic and other aspects of people's livelihood, is the international community to understand the authoritative source of information Chinese contemporary national conditions and development dynamic. Therefore, the importance of translation quality report on the work of the government has become increasingly prominent. Some studies have been related to the government work report translation mainly focus on language features etc. This paper, through critical discourse analysis, explore the relationship between language and ideology in the form of government work report and critical discourse analysis to translation studies report on the work of the government guidance.
CDA considers language form is decided by its social function, different structure of language reflects the difference in ideology. The author from critical discourse analysis perspective, using the method of system analysis, functional grammar from classification, transitivity, modality and transformation of lexical grammatical system of <2013 report on the work of the government in accordance with the source language and the purpose of the Chinese comparative analysis, found in the form of language differences between the translation and the original text, and the reasons for these differences make the interpretation, further reveals the relationship between language form and ideology, which demonstrates the influence of ideology on the translation of the government work report.
Therefore, in the government work report this kind of political discourse translation, ideological factors influence the choice and use of language forms and language also affects the ideological meaning of communication and understanding. In addition, the method of critical discourse analysis is helpful to improve the language structure and ideological differences of the source language and the target language translator the ability to understand, and then to a conducive to the target language readers accepted way to convey the source language meaning and ideology, improving the quality of translation.
