【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來，非營利組織在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會各領(lǐng)域蓬勃發(fā)展。而非營利組織在思想政治教育領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮作用，，對于提升思想政治教育效果，促進(jìn)人自由而全面的發(fā)展具有重要意義。論文在梳理非營利組織和思想政治教育的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分主體、客體、介體、環(huán)體四個(gè)維度總結(jié)了非營利組織在思想政治教育中作用發(fā)揮的具體體現(xiàn)，并指出了作用發(fā)揮的內(nèi)外部制約因素和可能出現(xiàn)的負(fù)面傾向，進(jìn)而探討非營利組織與思想政治教育的未來互動。 非營利組織活動和思想政治教育活動具有契合點(diǎn)，這使得非營利組織在思想政治教育中發(fā)揮作用既有可能性又有必要性。而這種作用必然通過一定方式予以體現(xiàn)，根據(jù)思想政治教育過程中的構(gòu)成要素，非營利組織作為教育主體時(shí)，表現(xiàn)為壯大思想政治教育主體等；作為教育客體時(shí)，表現(xiàn)為溝通黨政組織和社會大眾等；作為教育介體時(shí)，表現(xiàn)為拓展思想政治教育載體等；作為教育環(huán)體時(shí)，表現(xiàn)為優(yōu)化教育物質(zhì)環(huán)境和條件等。 非營利組織在思想政治教育中的作用極具可塑性，然而內(nèi)部和外部多種因素制約了其作用的發(fā)揮。再者，受全球化、市場化、多元化大背景的影響，非營利組織可能出現(xiàn)某些負(fù)面傾向，防范非營利組織的負(fù)面傾向是防范非營利組織在思想政治教育中發(fā)揮消極作用的重要基礎(chǔ)。 要實(shí)現(xiàn)非營利組織健康發(fā)展及其思想政治教育作用的充分發(fā)揮，推動兩者的未來互動，需要黨和政府、新媒體、非營利組織和思想政治教育形成合力，加強(qiáng)黨和政府的支持引導(dǎo)、新媒體的公益性宣傳、非營利組織自身建設(shè)、思想政治教育改革創(chuàng)新。同時(shí)，要用發(fā)展的眼光展望非營利組織在思想政治教育中的優(yōu)勢和作用，讓蘊(yùn)藏在公民社會中的思想政治教育資源得到進(jìn)一步開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, non-profit organizations have developed vigorously in the fields of politics, economy and society, while non-profit organizations have played a role in the field of ideological and political education to improve the effect of ideological and political education. It is of great significance to promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings. On the basis of combing the relevant theories of non-profit organizations and ideological and political education, the thesis is divided into subjects, objects and mediators. The four dimensions of environmental body summed up the role of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education, and pointed out the role of internal and external constraints and possible negative tendencies. Then it discusses the future interaction between non-profit organizations and ideological and political education. Non-profit organization activities and ideological and political education activities have the same point. This makes it possible and necessary for non-profit organizations to play a role in ideological and political education, and this role must be reflected in a certain way, according to the elements of ideological and political education process. Non-profit organizations as the main body of education, such as strengthening the subject of ideological and political education; As the object of education, it is manifested in the communication between the Party and government organizations and the public. As a medium of education, it can expand the carrier of ideological and political education. As a body of education, it can optimize the material environment and conditions of education. The role of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education is extremely plastic, but many internal and external factors restrict its role. Furthermore, it is influenced by the background of globalization, marketization and pluralism. Non-profit organizations may have some negative tendencies, and the prevention of negative tendencies of non-profit organizations is an important basis to prevent non-profit organizations from playing a negative role in ideological and political education. In order to realize the healthy development of non-profit organizations and give full play to the role of ideological and political education, and to promote the future interaction between the two organizations, it is necessary for the Party and government, new media, non-profit organizations and ideological and political education to form a joint force. Strengthen the support and guidance of the Party and the government, the public welfare publicity of new media, the self-construction of non-profit organizations, the reform and innovation of ideological and political education. At the same time. It is necessary to look forward to the advantages and functions of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education from the perspective of development so that the resources of ideological and political education hidden in civil society can be further developed.
