【摘要】：基于對中國在非洲援建的一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)示范中心項(xiàng)目的微觀層面的民族志田野調(diào)查,本研究將中國援助實(shí)踐視作中國農(nóng)業(yè)知識和技術(shù)嵌入援助實(shí)踐,在異文化的地方進(jìn)行再生產(chǎn)和地方化的過程。本文從對"發(fā)展"的技術(shù)性建構(gòu)、對"技術(shù)"的認(rèn)知性建構(gòu)和對"高產(chǎn)"的權(quán)力性建構(gòu)三個(gè)方面展開敘事,進(jìn)而指出中國援助與西方傳統(tǒng)援助的差異主要源自發(fā)展知識建構(gòu)路徑的不同:西方是理論性建構(gòu),中國是經(jīng)驗(yàn)性建構(gòu)。本文也表明中國國內(nèi)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)是通過中國對外援助的經(jīng)驗(yàn)建構(gòu)路徑嵌入到援助項(xiàng)目中的,且在這一過程中中國與受援國的能動(dòng)主體也根據(jù)各自政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等利益訴求在實(shí)踐互動(dòng)中共同形塑著中國發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的再生產(chǎn)和地方化過程。
[Abstract]:Based on the ethnographic survey of an agricultural technology demonstration center project supported by China in Africa, this study regards Chinese aid practice as Chinese agricultural knowledge and technology embedded aid practice. In the process of reproduction and localization in different cultures, this paper narrates from three aspects: the technical construction of "development", the cognitive construction of "technology" and the construction of power of "high yield". Then it points out that the difference between Chinese aid and western traditional aid is mainly due to the differences in the path of development knowledge construction: the west is theoretical construction. China is empirical construction. This paper also shows that China's domestic development experience is embedded into the aid project through the empirical construction path of China's foreign aid. In this process, the dynamic subjects of China and the recipient countries have shaped the reproduction and localization process of China's development experience according to their respective political, economic and other interests in the process of practical interaction.
