煤炭資源型城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的系統(tǒng)演化與仿真研究
[Abstract]:The resource is the material base of human's survival and development, and the city is the main carrier of the progress of human civilization. The two problems, both of which are the major problems facing mankind, are the combination of the two, that is, the problem of resource-based cities, and constitute a relatively independent and important issue. The most typical of the resource-based cities is the coal-resource-type city. The coal-based resource-based city bears an important historical background, and it also faces many important realities Q. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, these cities have contributed to the development of the new China's economy and the establishment of the industrialization system However, the reserves of coal resources are limited, and for many years, a large amount of continuous mining will inevitably bring about an increase in cost and decrease of resources, so that the profit of the coal industry is reduced, the development speed of the leading industry of the coal is slow, and a series of social workers, such as workers' unemployment, environmental pollution and the like, are generated. The problem is that the development of some cities is even difficult to follow, and the comprehensive competitiveness of the city is rapid Therefore, how to analyze the self-organization characteristics of the coal-resource-type urban system and the competition and the cooperative evolution of the urban competitiveness system from the angle of the urban system becomes the promotion competitive power The key is to study the improvement of the city's competitive power from the angle of the system. On the one hand, it is helpful to enrich and develop the theory of the coal-resource-type city's competitiveness. On the other hand, it is beneficial to provide the management practice and policy development of the coal-resource-type city. Reference is an important theory and practice to promote the healthy and sustainable development of this kind of city The paper first expounds the definition and classification of resource-based cities, analyzes the characteristics of coal-resource-type cities and its economic development, and makes clear the concept of coal-resource-based city's competitiveness and its systematic characteristics, and makes clear the improvement of coal-resources-type cities. The objective of competitiveness is to explore the internal mechanism of the coal resource type city's competitiveness, to choose the theory of dissipation structure, the self-organization theory and the system dynamics theory as the theoretical tool of the research, and to make an in-depth study of the competitiveness of the coal resource type city. Based on the theory of self-organization and the evolution of the system, the self-organizing character and performance of the coal-resource-type urban system with diversity and complexity are constructed based on the perspective of the theory of organization and the evolution of the system. In this paper, the internal mechanism of the process is analyzed, and the competitiveness of the urban system is analyzed. The essence and motivation of the evolution are as follows: from the formation and strengthening of the competitiveness of the coal-resource-type urban system, the fluctuation mechanism, the cooperative mechanism and the city based on the transformation entropy are explored. The mechanism of the promotion of the city's competitiveness is to learn from the research paradigm of the coal-resource-type city and the coal-resource-type city's competitiveness theory, taking full consideration of the factors such as the availability and coordination of the index, taking into account the resource environment, the economic environment, the ecological environment, the scientific and technological environment, the social environment and the open ring. The environmental and industrial environment is the second-level index, and the coal-resource-type city with a strong and systematic nature is constructed. The index system of the city's competitive power evaluation is set up by using the model of the structural equation model and the corresponding parameter setting, the index system of the initial construction is screened, and then the evaluation model of the coal resource type city competitiveness is constructed by the factor analysis method and selected. Based on the theory of self-organization, the function coupling and circular interaction between the subsystems of the coal-resource-type city's competitiveness and the performance of the system to the higher order direction are made. Based on the characteristics of the order parameters, the author explores the slow variable from the interior of the urban competitiveness system, and then determines the cooperative performance of the sub-system of the coal resource type urban competitiveness system. Based on the analysis of the cooperative evolution of the system, the coordination of the system resources of the coal resource type city is constructed. The evolution model is used to measure the empirical object. Combined with the relationship between the sub-system of the city's competitive power and the index between all levels and the results of the evaluation of the city's competitive power, the system dynamics principle is used to play the role of the competition in the city's competitive system. In this paper, the evolution model of the urban competitiveness system is constructed, and the influence of the interaction relationship between the resource elements on the evolution of the competitiveness system is analyzed. and the dynamic evolution simulation is carried out by using the simulation model, In the same variable input, the simulation model is modified. Based on the evaluation of the coal resource type city's competitiveness, the cooperation degree measure of the competitive system resource and the simulation and evolution of the competitive system, the general paradigm of the model of the city's competitiveness is used, and the coal is used for the coal. The characteristics of the carbon resource-based city, in particular the four-coal city of Heilongjiang Province, put forward the idea of improving the competitiveness of the coal resource-type city, and from the resource environment, the economic environment, the ecological environment, the scientific and technological environment, the social environment, the open environment and the industrial environment.
