【摘要】：正住房,承諾:支持居民自住和改善性住房需求,促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展;保障性安居工程新安排740萬套,全年基本建成480萬套。落實情況:"330"新政、公積金新政、降低首套房貸首付比、5次降準(zhǔn)降息,系列政策一定程度推動樓市復(fù)蘇和企穩(wěn)。前10個月,全國城鎮(zhèn)保障性安居工程已開工747萬套,基本建成688萬套,均超額完成年度目標(biāo)
