【摘要】：2014年以來商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)先股集中發(fā)行。商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)先股在收益性、安全性、投資期限上具有特定優(yōu)勢,屬于現(xiàn)金回報相對穩(wěn)定的長期限投資品種,較適合低風險偏好的年金、保險等長期機構投資者的配置需求。我國長期機構投資者應進一步加強對優(yōu)先股品種的研究和關注,更好地發(fā)揮長期資金優(yōu)勢,支持實體經(jīng)濟和多元化資本市場的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, commercial banks have focused on the issuance of preferred shares. Commercial bank preferred stock has special advantages in income, security, investment term, and belongs to the long-term investment variety with relatively stable cash return, which is more suitable for the allocation needs of long-term institutional investors such as pension, insurance and other low-risk preference. China's long-term institutional investors should further strengthen the research and attention to the varieties of preferred stock, give full play to the advantages of long-term capital, and support the development of real economy and diversified capital market.
