【摘要】：《十二五綱要》提出生物技術(shù)作為科技發(fā)展的五個戰(zhàn)略重點之一，把生物戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)培育發(fā)展成為我國先導(dǎo)性、支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。其中基因測序服務(wù)作為生物技術(shù)行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)性服務(wù)，，正在逐步替代傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)工具，成為生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的前沿、先進技術(shù)工具，私募股權(quán)投資基金對其多有關(guān)注。目前的私募股權(quán)投資基金的投資過程中及目前的投資評價研究往往存在投資評價體系較為寬泛不夠有實踐中切實的指導(dǎo)性且沒有行業(yè)針對性的不足，本文重點針對基因測序服務(wù)領(lǐng)域投資實踐應(yīng)用中在對項目評價的各理論研究基礎(chǔ)上作出必要的修訂與補充，以此希望給今后國內(nèi)的私募股權(quán)投資項目評價提供值得借鑒的參考。本文首先系統(tǒng)地闡述了私募股權(quán)基金的相關(guān)概念和運作流程；其次總結(jié)了當(dāng)前私募股權(quán)投資項目評價理論，及其理論過于寬泛不具有行業(yè)針對性的缺陷，由此得出了本文的研究方向，即以私募股權(quán)投資案例分析研究針對特定行業(yè)的股權(quán)投資項目評價標準體系及研究分析思路；再次本文在介紹分析基因測序服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況和項目背景的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合工作中的基因測序行業(yè)具體案例，研究討論如何針對特定行業(yè)分析得出項目評價標準的研究體系和方法，并在實證應(yīng)用研究中給出基因測序服務(wù)行業(yè)私募股權(quán)投資項目評價指標及定價方法。
[Abstract]:The outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan puts forward that biotechnology is one of the five strategic key points in the development of science and technology, and that the cultivation and development of new and emerging biological strategic industries will become the leading and pillar industries in China. Gene sequencing service, as the basic service of biotechnology industry, is gradually replacing the traditional technology tools, becoming the frontier of biotechnology, advanced technology tools, private equity funds pay more attention to it. In the current investment process of private equity investment funds and the current investment evaluation research, there is often a relatively broad investment evaluation system is not practical guidance in practice and there is no industry-specific deficiencies. This paper focuses on the application of gene sequencing services in the field of investment on the basis of various theoretical research on project evaluation to make the necessary revision and supplement, in order to provide a reference for the future private equity investment project evaluation in China. Firstly, this paper systematically expounds the related concepts and operation process of private equity fund, then summarizes the current private equity investment project evaluation theory, and its theory is too broad and not industry-specific defects. From this, the research direction of this paper, that is, the private equity investment case analysis for a specific industry equity investment project evaluation standard system and research and analysis ideas; Thirdly, on the basis of introducing and analyzing the development and project background of gene sequencing service industry, combined with the specific case of gene sequencing industry in the work, The research discusses the research system and method of project evaluation standard based on specific industry analysis, and gives the evaluation index and pricing method of private equity investment project in gene sequencing service industry.
