【摘要】：中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展到今天雖然只有短短的十九年歷程,市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模包括上市公司數(shù)量和投資者人數(shù)卻已達(dá)到非常迅猛的發(fā)展。但中國(guó)的資本市場(chǎng)與海外成熟的資本市場(chǎng)相比還存在著巨大的差距,從市場(chǎng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大、交易量的上升、制度的完善、各種金融衍生產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新等多方面都需要進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展和完善。隨著融資融券業(yè)務(wù)和轉(zhuǎn)融通的推進(jìn),融資融券將真正的被融入到實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中去。本文在這一背景下,將通過介紹融資融券交易和深入研究融資融券業(yè)務(wù)在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用為讀者提供一定的建議和思路。本文將重點(diǎn)深入分析中國(guó)長(zhǎng)期缺乏“賣空”機(jī)制所導(dǎo)致的一系列不利影響,從制度方面和思維認(rèn)識(shí)上深究導(dǎo)致制度缺失的原因。介紹和借鑒海外成熟市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)通過分析融資融券的運(yùn)作機(jī)理入手,切實(shí)可行的投資模式結(jié)合融資融券的操作手段,融合到實(shí)際運(yùn)用中去。
[Abstract]:Although China's capital market has only developed in a short period of 19 years, the scale of the market, including the number of listed companies and the number of investors, has reached a very rapid development. However, there is still a huge gap between the Chinese capital market and the overseas mature capital market. From the expansion of the market scale, the increase of the trading volume, the perfection of the system, The innovation of various financial derivatives needs further development and improvement. With the promotion of margin and margin financing, margin financing will be really put into practice. Under this background, this paper will provide some suggestions and ideas for readers by introducing margin trading and deeply studying the application of margin trading in practice. This paper focuses on the analysis of a series of adverse effects caused by the lack of "short selling" mechanism in China for a long time, and explores the causes of the lack of the system in terms of system and thinking. This paper introduces and draws lessons from the experience of overseas mature market, at the same time, through analyzing the operation mechanism of margin and margin, the feasible investment mode combined with the operation means of margin and margin is integrated into the practical application.
