【摘要】：在過(guò)去的幾十年里，珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群物流產(chǎn)業(yè)抓住機(jī)遇，利用自身的地緣及文化優(yōu)勢(shì)，依托港澳，背靠?jī)?nèi)地，獲得了空前的發(fā)展。國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃中，對(duì)珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。城市群的發(fā)展的根本在于提高其產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，但是目前珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群的發(fā)展已經(jīng)面臨包括環(huán)境、人口等眾多問(wèn)題的挑戰(zhàn)，且已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域發(fā)展的制約因素或瓶頸。因此，有必要另辟蹊徑，將城市群內(nèi)外的各類(lèi)資源進(jìn)行有效的再調(diào)配和再整合，以為我所用，提升城市群的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)在2020年率先實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的宏偉目標(biāo)。而物流在這一方面具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)，開(kāi)展物流業(yè)與城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力關(guān)系的研究，是當(dāng)前這一區(qū)域加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重大理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)的課題。 本文正是基于以上觀點(diǎn)，在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外進(jìn)行大量文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，，針對(duì)珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群的過(guò)去、現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)，把物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力結(jié)合起來(lái)進(jìn)行綜合實(shí)證研究。借助于建立相關(guān)理論框架體系，把脈城市群的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。本文主要做的工作和貢獻(xiàn)在于整合了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)理論和最新成果。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)及城市群各城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的分析，拓寬了城市群管理者的創(chuàng)新思路和視野。具體而言，表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面： （1）論文對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)和城市群及其城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、內(nèi)涵和作用機(jī)理。物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市群發(fā)展的關(guān)系等做了全新的闡述和定義。 （2）論文回顧了珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群的發(fā)展歷程之后，構(gòu)建了珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)因子分析，對(duì)珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)排名和綜合排名分析，找出該地區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的問(wèn)題。 （3）論文回顧了珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀之后，構(gòu)建了珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群物流產(chǎn)業(yè)指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)因子分析，對(duì)珠江三角洲地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)劣勢(shì)分析。 （4）論文運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法，通過(guò)構(gòu)建珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)該地區(qū)城市群物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián)分析，并研究了珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)系。 （5）論文在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了基于珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的物流業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策。包括：物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展定位、發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展建議等。 綜上所述，本論文的研究結(jié)論或研究成果對(duì)于城市群政府和城市群物流業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的互動(dòng)有莫大的實(shí)踐意義和理論價(jià)值。即有利于把握物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的規(guī)律，提升城市群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，從而改善人民群眾的生活水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)“幸福廣東”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)珠江三角洲地區(qū)城市群在全國(guó)率先的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, the logistics industry of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has gained unprecedented development by taking advantage of its geographical and cultural advantages, relying on Hong Kong and Macao, and relying on the mainland. The development of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has been put forward higher requirements in the 12th five-year Plan. The development of urban agglomeration lies in improving the competitiveness of its industry. However, the development of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has been faced with many challenges, such as environment, population and so on, and has become a restrictive factor or bottleneck of regional development. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way to effectively redeploy and reintegrate all kinds of resources inside and outside the urban agglomeration in order to promote the overall competitiveness of the urban agglomeration and realize the grand goal of modernization in 2020. Logistics has a unique advantage in this aspect. It is an important theoretical and practical task to develop the relationship between logistics industry and the competitiveness of urban agglomeration. Based on the above viewpoints, this paper aims at the past, present and future of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region on the basis of a large number of literature research and field research at home and abroad. Combining the logistics industry and the competitiveness of urban agglomeration to conduct a comprehensive empirical study. With the help of the establishment of relevant theoretical framework system, the vein of the development of urban agglomeration. The main contribution of this paper lies in the integration of logistics industry and urban agglomeration competitiveness theory and the latest results. On this basis, the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region and the competitiveness of the cities in the urban agglomeration are systematically analyzed, which broadens the innovative ideas and horizons of the urban agglomeration managers. In particular, it is shown in the following aspects: (1) the concept, connotation and mechanism of logistics industry, urban agglomeration and its urban competitiveness. The relationship between logistics industry and the development of urban agglomeration is expounded and defined. (2) after reviewing the development course of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region, the paper constructs the competition index system of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. Through factor analysis, the competitiveness of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region is classified and ranked. After reviewing the current situation of logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region, the paper constructs the index system of logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region, and analyzes the factors of the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. The advantages and disadvantages of the logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region are analyzed. (4) the paper uses the grey relational analysis method to construct the index system of the logistics industry and the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. This paper analyzes the relationship between the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration and the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration, and studies the relationship between the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration and the logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region. (5) on the basis of the above analysis, The development countermeasures of logistics industry based on the competitiveness of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region are put forward. Including: logistics industry development strategy, development orientation, development direction, development suggestions. To sum up, the research conclusions or results of this paper have great practical significance and theoretical value for the realization of good interaction between the government of urban agglomeration and the logistics industry of urban agglomeration. That is, it is beneficial to grasp the law in the development of logistics industry, promote the competitiveness of urban agglomeration, improve the people's living standard, and realize the strategic goal of "happy Guangdong". To achieve the Pearl River Delta region urban agglomeration in the first modernization of the country.
