“天地源”員工滿意度提升研究

【摘要】:近幾年來(lái)隨著房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,人才流動(dòng)加劇,行業(yè)薪酬不斷上漲,員工滿意度不斷下降,企業(yè)招人留人難度不斷加劇。如何穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)有的員工隊(duì)伍,如何吸引行業(yè)內(nèi)的優(yōu)秀人才,如何有效的控制人力資源成本,成為擺在企業(yè)管理者面前最為重要的問(wèn)題之一。企業(yè)要想不斷的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,就必須努力提高員工滿意度,使得員工穩(wěn)定感增強(qiáng),凝聚力提高,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)與員工的共同發(fā)展,這也是本文研究的核心內(nèi)容。 本文以員工滿意度理論為依據(jù),全面分析影響員工滿意度的因素,然后通過(guò)對(duì)“天地源”員工滿意度的調(diào)查,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的統(tǒng)計(jì)和匯總,科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的分析“天地源”員工滿意度存在的問(wèn)題,找出需要提升和改進(jìn)的地方,進(jìn)一步制定員工滿意度提升的方法和對(duì)策。最后本文作者提出“天地源”員工滿意度提升應(yīng)從全面提升員工的薪酬與福利、建立公平公正的考核體系、加強(qiáng)公司培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)、推進(jìn)員工雙通道職業(yè)發(fā)展體系、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)工作、加大優(yōu)秀人才的引進(jìn)、構(gòu)建團(tuán)結(jié)高效的職業(yè)化團(tuán)隊(duì)、建立特色鮮明的企業(yè)文化體系、人力資源制度體系化建設(shè)等方面工作入手,不斷改進(jìn)與提升企業(yè)人力資源管理的各項(xiàng)工作。 在企業(yè)中,80%的利潤(rùn)來(lái)自于滿意的員工。員工感到滿意才能以積極的態(tài)度努力工作,創(chuàng)造業(yè)績(jī)。員工滿意度調(diào)查就像是對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理所做的一次全面體檢,通過(guò)員工滿意度發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題,改進(jìn)管理,提升效益。通過(guò)“天地源”員工滿意度調(diào)查研究,便于企業(yè)更好的了解員工的工作狀態(tài),有效的激勵(lì)員工,不斷改進(jìn)人力資源管理,提升企業(yè)的內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)。“天地源”員工滿意度提升的一些方法和對(duì)策,也為房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)員工滿意度的提升提供了一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the overall development of real estate industry, the talent flow intensifies, the industry salary continues to rise, the employee satisfaction continues to decline, and the difficulty of recruiting people is becoming more and more serious. How to stabilize the existing staff, how to attract the outstanding talents in the industry, how to effectively control the cost of human resources has become one of the most important problems in front of the enterprise managers. If an enterprise wants to develop and progress continuously, it must make great efforts to improve the employee's satisfaction degree, make the employee's sense of stability and cohesion enhance, and realize the common development of the enterprise and the employee, which is also the core content of this paper. Based on the theory of employee satisfaction, this paper comprehensively analyzes the factors that affect employee satisfaction, and then through the survey of employee satisfaction of "heaven and earth", the survey results are carefully counted and summarized. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the employee satisfaction degree of "heaven and earth source", finds out the places that need to be promoted and improves, and further formulates the methods and countermeasures for the improvement of employee satisfaction. Finally, the author puts forward that the promotion of employee satisfaction should include the promotion of employees' compensation and welfare, the establishment of fair and just assessment system, the strengthening of the construction of the company's training system, and the promotion of the staff's dual channel career development system. To strengthen the training of enterprise talents, to increase the introduction of outstanding talents, to build a professional team with unity and efficiency, to establish a distinctive corporate culture system, and to systemize the human resources system, and so on. Continuously improve and upgrade the human resources management of enterprises. 80% of the profits in the enterprise come from satisfied employees. Only when employees are satisfied can they work hard and create performance with a positive attitude. Employee satisfaction survey is like a comprehensive physical examination of enterprise management. Through employee satisfaction, we can find problems, solve problems, improve management, and enhance efficiency. Through the investigation and research of employee satisfaction degree of "heaven and earth source", it is convenient for enterprises to better understand the working status of employees, effectively motivate employees, continuously improve human resource management, and enhance the internal operation of enterprises. Some methods and countermeasures of improving employee satisfaction also provide some reference for the promotion of employee satisfaction in real estate industry.
