【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性資源中,人力資源是核心,對于企業(yè)來說,也是生存和發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),,而其中激勵(lì)方案的實(shí)施又是人力資源管理的關(guān)鍵。近幾年來,我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,在行業(yè)內(nèi),人才的需要是不斷增長的。但是有的企業(yè)并沒有認(rèn)識到這一問題的關(guān)鍵性和重要性,在人力資源管理上還存在嚴(yán)重不足,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的員工失去工作的積極性和主動(dòng)性。 二十一世紀(jì),機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存,在這一時(shí)代中,不管是人,還是企業(yè)都是物競生存,優(yōu)勝劣汰。其中,人力資源的競爭是最為激烈的。所以,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對人力資源的管理。人力資源管理中,員工的激勵(lì)問題是一個(gè)重點(diǎn)問題,也是個(gè)難點(diǎn)問題。這一問題的解決可以使企業(yè)的資源效益得到很大的提升。在競爭與挑戰(zhàn)并存的時(shí)代,建立一套科學(xué)、合理的激勵(lì)體系是非常有必要的,而這也是目前房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要問題。而本文主要針對武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司進(jìn)行員工激勵(lì)方案的研究。 本文一共分為七個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,主要包括研究背景、目的、意義以及國內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)。第二部分是對相關(guān)激勵(lì)理論的文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三部分的主要內(nèi)容是關(guān)于武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司員工激勵(lì)的現(xiàn)狀分析,首先對武漢新大陸公司進(jìn)行簡介,其次對中型房地產(chǎn)公司員工激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,最后闡述了武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司員工激勵(lì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況。第四部分主要就是針對武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司的員工激勵(lì),建立了激勵(lì)因素模型,并作出了詳細(xì)的分析。第五部分主要講述武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司激勵(lì)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。首先確立激勵(lì)設(shè)計(jì)的思路,然后堅(jiān)持激勵(lì)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的原則,最后制定激勵(lì)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方案。第六部分的主要內(nèi)容是武漢新大陸房地產(chǎn)公司激勵(lì)方案實(shí)施的實(shí)施效果評估分析。最后是結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the strategic resources of modern enterprises, human resources is the core, and for enterprises, it is also the focus of survival and development, and the implementation of incentive programs is the key of human resources management. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the demand for talents is increasing. However, some enterprises do not realize the key and importance of this problem, and there are serious deficiencies in human resource management, which leads to the loss of enthusiasm and initiative of the employees. In the 21 century, opportunities and challenges coexist. In this era, both people and enterprises are competing for survival and survival of the fittest. Among them, the competition of human resources is the most intense. Therefore, real estate enterprises need to further strengthen the management of human resources. In human resource management, employee motivation is not only a key issue, but also a difficult one. The solution of this problem can greatly improve the resource efficiency of enterprises. In the era of coexistence of competition and challenge, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive system, which is also an important issue of human resource management in real estate enterprises. This paper mainly aimed at Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company employee incentive program research. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research background, purpose, significance and research trends at home and abroad. The second part is the literature review of relevant incentive theory. The third part of the main content is about the Wuhan New Continental Real Estate Company employee incentive status analysis, first of all, Wuhan New Land Company to brief, secondly to the medium-sized real estate company employee incentive status analysis, At last, the paper expounds the actual situation of staff encouragement in Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company. In the fourth part, the incentive factor model of Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company is established and analyzed in detail. The fifth part mainly tells Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company incentive optimization design scheme. Firstly, the idea of incentive design is established, then the principle of incentive optimization design is adhered to, and finally the scheme of incentive optimization design is worked out. The sixth part of the main content is Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company implementation of the effect of evaluation. Finally is the conclusion.
