【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步與IT水平的日益提高,證券業(yè)已然成為了我國資本市場上最重要的一個(gè)組成部分,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫也在證券行業(yè)中扮演著越來越重要的角色。但由于近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)席卷了全球,證券業(yè)的公司受到了重創(chuàng),但由于市場競爭的日趨激烈,國內(nèi)證券公司不得不結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,再借助更為先進(jìn)的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫等技術(shù)平臺來強(qiáng)化自身的綜合競爭實(shí)力,這樣才能吸引廣大的客戶并實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤的最大化,那么這也直接對數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)實(shí)施單位提出了更高更嚴(yán)的要求,證券業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目開發(fā)實(shí)施過程中如何更好的進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作,也成為相關(guān)行業(yè)所要探討的重點(diǎn)問題。本文就從證券業(yè)中數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理發(fā)展背景與研究成果入手,借助相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基礎(chǔ)理論,對我國證券業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的過程與形式進(jìn)行了分析研究,并且以上海吉貝克信息技術(shù)有限公司對齊魯證券股份有限公司數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的過程進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,闡述了數(shù)據(jù)倉庫開發(fā)實(shí)施企業(yè)上海吉貝克信息技術(shù)有限公司從項(xiàng)目規(guī)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目成本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理這四個(gè)方面對證券業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行科學(xué)、有效、全面的管理的過程,最后針對數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為我國當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目開發(fā)施工單位提出了建立數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)格管理的體系、提高技術(shù)水平強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、全面優(yōu)化質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、綜合考慮項(xiàng)目成本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等即科學(xué)合理,又具可操作性的對策建議,旨在促進(jìn)我國證券業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the improvement of IT, the securities industry has become the most important part of the capital market in China, and data warehouse plays an increasingly important role in the securities industry. However, as the economic crisis has swept the world in recent years, the securities companies have been hard hit. However, due to the increasingly fierce competition in the market, domestic securities companies have to combine with the actual situation. Then with the help of more advanced data warehouse and other technology platforms to strengthen their comprehensive competitive strength, in order to attract the vast number of customers and achieve the maximum profits of enterprises, Well, this also puts forward higher and stricter requirements for the development and implementation of the data warehouse project directly. How to better carry out risk management in the process of developing and implementing the data warehouse project in the securities industry? Also becomes the key question which the correlation profession wants to discuss. This paper starts with the background and research results of risk management in data warehouse project in securities industry, and makes use of the relevant data warehouse project and its basic theory of risk management. This paper analyzes and studies the process and form of risk management of data warehouse project in China's securities industry. And with Shanghai Gibek Information Technology Co., Ltd. to Qilu Securities Co., Ltd. data warehouse project risk management process for an example analysis, The data warehouse development and implementation of Shanghai Gibek Information Technology Co., Ltd. from the project specification risk management, project technical risk management, project quality risk management. The four aspects of project cost risk management are the process of scientific, effective and comprehensive management of the risk system in the securities industry data warehouse project. Finally, aiming at the risk management in the data warehouse project, the paper puts forward to establish the risk specification management system of the data warehouse project for the current data warehouse project development and construction unit in our country, so as to improve the technical level and strengthen the risk management. In order to promote the better development of the project risk management of data warehouse of securities industry in our country, the comprehensive optimization of quality risk management and the comprehensive consideration of project cost risk are scientific, reasonable and operable countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the development of the project risk management of data warehouse in China's securities industry.
