文獻(xiàn)名稱：知識(shí)資本化理論研究

    前言：本文是國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“知識(shí)價(jià)值與知識(shí)資本化理論研究”(01BJY030)的研究成果之一。知識(shí)資本,即知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為資本,是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要特征。知識(shí)資本化,體現(xiàn)了知識(shí)資本對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)與合理報(bào)酬的基本要求;實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)知識(shí)資本主體的吸引與激勵(lì);降低了企業(yè)所有者的代理成本,并解決了內(nèi)部人控制問(wèn)題;遏制了經(jīng)營(yíng)者的短期行為。本文在閱讀和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外的大量文獻(xiàn)以及實(shí)際調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了知識(shí)資本形成的前提基礎(chǔ)和環(huán)境條件以及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為資本的實(shí)現(xiàn)手段,并從知識(shí)資本化的角度重新界定了知識(shí)資本的含義,闡述了知識(shí)資本的特點(diǎn),建立了知識(shí)資本價(jià)值的E-T 結(jié)構(gòu)模型和知識(shí)資本化的分析模型,分析了知識(shí)資本化的過(guò)程及其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。知識(shí)資本化,即知識(shí)資本參與企業(yè)剩余分配,其關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)就是知識(shí)資本價(jià)值的測(cè)度。而由于知識(shí)資本及其產(chǎn)權(quán)的特殊性,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者一致認(rèn)為知識(shí)資本價(jià)值難以定量測(cè)度,本文嘗試性地建立了知識(shí)資本價(jià)值測(cè)度模型,并提出了三種知識(shí)資本化模式,希望能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)的剩余分配提供理論指導(dǎo)。由于目前許多條件的約束,知識(shí)資本化在企業(yè)實(shí)際中還存在諸多障礙,本文在最后提出了解決對(duì)策及其研究展望。
