【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,融資租賃已經(jīng)成為僅次于銀行信貸的當(dāng)今企業(yè)融資的第二大渠道。在企業(yè)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)張的過程之中,企業(yè)信息化,尤其是業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)進(jìn)一步生存和發(fā)展的必要手段。當(dāng)前,我國融資租賃行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程并不完善,這與企業(yè)走現(xiàn)代信息化之路的要求相矛盾。傳統(tǒng)的手工化與簡單電算化的簡單結(jié)合已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)日益增長的業(yè)務(wù)需求。公司以及管理層沒有辦法及時(shí)地了解客戶信息、行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程等資料。因此,企業(yè)需要一個(gè)與數(shù)據(jù)化平臺(tái)配合默契的業(yè)務(wù)流程來支持業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和變革。 本文以CM公司為例通過案例研究的方法開展融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究。文章首先從CM公司面臨建立數(shù)字化平臺(tái)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題入手,提出對其業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的必要性,幫助解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。然后論文對融資租賃的概念進(jìn)行辨析,探討我國的融資租賃發(fā)展,并對業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述和分析。同時(shí)總結(jié)了當(dāng)前融資租賃企業(yè)處理業(yè)務(wù)的一般流程和其他融資租賃企業(yè)的做法,引出下部分CM公司融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)的基本業(yè)務(wù)流程和組織結(jié)構(gòu)。其次結(jié)合案例企業(yè)的實(shí)際狀況,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和訪談,對CM公司業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的梳理和描述,提煉出目前企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的一系列問題和不足。最后按照業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的方法,對CM公司現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)流程和其他方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提出優(yōu)化的建議,以此來為CM公司下個(gè)階段內(nèi)需要建立的數(shù)字化平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)處理工作提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, financial leasing has become the second largest channel of enterprise financing after bank credit. In the process of rapid expansion of enterprise scale, enterprise informatization, especially the optimization of business process, has become a necessary means for the further survival and development of enterprises. At present, the business process of finance leasing industry in our country is not perfect, which contradicts the requirement for enterprises to take the road of modern information. The simple combination of traditional manual and simple computerization can not meet the increasing business demand of enterprises. Companies and management do not have timely access to customer information, industry data, project progress, etc. Therefore, enterprises need a business process to support business development and change. In this paper, CM Company as an example through a case study of financial leasing business process optimization research. This paper begins with the practical problems of establishing a digital platform for CM Company, and puts forward the necessity of optimizing its business process to help solve the practical problems. Then the paper analyzes the concept of financial leasing, discusses the development of financial leasing in China, and summarizes and analyzes the research status of business process optimization. At the same time, it summarizes the general process of dealing with the business of finance leasing enterprises and the practice of other financial leasing enterprises, and leads to the basic business process and organizational structure of the financial leasing business of the next part of CM company. Secondly, combined with the actual situation of the case enterprises, through field research and interviews, this paper makes a detailed analysis and description of the current business process of CM company, and extracts a series of problems and deficiencies in the current business process. Finally, according to the method of business process optimization, the paper optimizes the existing business process and other aspects of CM Company, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization, so as to provide help for the data processing work of the digital platform that the CM Company needs to establish in the next stage.
