【摘要】：融資融券交易是目前成熟資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施完善、有利于市場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的交易方式。隨著我國(guó)融資融券業(yè)務(wù)正式從試點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)為常規(guī)業(yè)務(wù)。符合條件的證券公司通過(guò)證券業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的專(zhuān)業(yè)評(píng)審和交易所的技術(shù)測(cè)試,就可以向證監(jiān)會(huì)提出業(yè)務(wù)資格申請(qǐng)。證券公司能否開(kāi)展融資融券業(yè)務(wù)成了其保持或提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。 本文首先介紹了課題背景、研究的目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)本課題開(kāi)發(fā)方法及相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括證券集中交易技術(shù)概述、開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)概述、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)ORACLE10G概述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,完成了下述工作。 1.對(duì)融資融券交易系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,包括進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)用例建模及主要業(yè)務(wù)流程分析,給出相應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了功能需求分析,提出了信用管理、交易管理、風(fēng)控管理等功能需求,分析了數(shù)據(jù)需求,并對(duì)非功能需求進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要討論。 2.根據(jù)需求分析,給出融資融券交易系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括系統(tǒng)總體功能結(jié)構(gòu)、物理架構(gòu)、各模塊的細(xì)化功能結(jié)構(gòu)及處理流程,給出了系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)E-R圖及數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)。 本文從業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀介紹到需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、采用了面向結(jié)構(gòu)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)融資融券交易系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)與模塊設(shè)計(jì)。并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Margin trading is the development of a mature capital market long time, improve the risk control measures, is conducive to the stable operation of the market transactions. With the margin trading business in China officially from the pilot to the conventional business. Qualified securities companies through technical testing of the Securities Industry Association Professional Review and exchange, can put forward the qualification the application to the Commission. Securities companies can carry out margin trading business has become the key to maintain or improve the core competitiveness.
This paper first introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, and on the subject of the development method and related technology research, including the overview of the centralized securities trading technology development, technology overview, database ORACLE10G overview. On this basis, to complete the following work.
The demand analysis of 1. of the margin trading system, including use case modeling and analysis system of the main business processes, the corresponding business flow chart on the basis of the analysis of functional requirements, proposed the credit management, transaction management, risk management and other functional requirements, analysis of the data requirements and non functional requirements of the paper the discussion.
2., according to the demand analysis, the overall design plan of the margin trading system is given, including the overall functional structure, physical structure, detailed structure and processing flow of each module. The function and structure of the system as well as the E-R diagram and data structure of the system are given.
From the introduction of business status to requirement analysis and outline design, this paper adopts the method of structure oriented analysis and design, and makes overall design and module design for margin trading system. Finally, the system is summarized and prospected.
