【摘要】：社會責(zé)任投資基金是基于社會責(zé)任投資的理念,投資于對社會發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護(hù)有利的企業(yè)或行業(yè)的基金。作為一種新型的投資方式,社會責(zé)任投資不僅注重投資的財(cái)務(wù)績效,也注重投資對社會和環(huán)境的影響。發(fā)展社會責(zé)任投資基金是踐行社會責(zé)任投資的重要方式,有助于引導(dǎo)資源流向積極履行社會責(zé)任的企業(yè),不僅有利于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也能夠促進(jìn)和諧社會的構(gòu)建,可以產(chǎn)生較大的社會效應(yīng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。 社會責(zé)任投資基金已經(jīng)成為歐美資本市場的主流,而我國資本市場目前僅有三只股票型和一只指數(shù)型社會責(zé)任投資基金,基金的數(shù)量和規(guī)模都還非常有限,社會責(zé)任投資基金在我國的發(fā)展仍處于初步階段。發(fā)展社會責(zé)任投資基金是我國資本市場支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要方式,而我國投資者日益增大的投資需求也為社會責(zé)任投資基金的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件。為此,研究社會責(zé)任投資的國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),并分析我國社會責(zé)任投資基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并提出進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展建議,具有較大的金融研究的理論意義和實(shí)際發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文采用理論研究、實(shí)證研究、以及比較、歸納等研究方法,首先回顧了國內(nèi)外社會責(zé)任投資的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對社會責(zé)任投資基金的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,并整理了社會責(zé)任投資發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論和社會責(zé)任投資基金的證券投資相關(guān)理論。然后分析了社會責(zé)任投資基金在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家和亞非新興市場經(jīng)濟(jì)國家的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹了具有代表性的多米尼社會責(zé)任基金,并總結(jié)國外社會責(zé)任投資基金發(fā)展的推動力量。接著分析了我國現(xiàn)有的社會責(zé)任投資基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對我國第一只社會責(zé)任投資基金——興全社會責(zé)任投資基金進(jìn)行縱深分析,重點(diǎn)分析了其績效,結(jié)果表明興全社會責(zé)任投資基金的收益率和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)整收益在同類股票型基金中處于較高水平,總體上績效也好于滬深300指數(shù)。最后,總結(jié)我國社會責(zé)任投資基金發(fā)展存在的問題,并結(jié)合我國的實(shí)際和國外的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從提高機(jī)構(gòu)投資者的投資比例,改善外部環(huán)境,以及加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部推動力三個(gè)方面對我國社會責(zé)任投資基金的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Social responsibility investment fund is based on the concept of social responsibility investment, investment in the social development and environmental protection of enterprises or industry funds.As a new type of investment, social responsibility investment not only focuses on the financial performance of investment, but also on the impact of investment on society and environment.The development of social responsibility investment fund is an important way to practice social responsibility investment, which is helpful to guide resources to the enterprises that fulfill social responsibility actively. It is not only conducive to the sustainable development of our economy, but also can promote the construction of a harmonious society.Can produce bigger social effect and economic effect.The social responsibility investment fund has become the mainstream of the European and American capital market, but the capital market of our country only has three stock and one index social responsibility investment fund at present, the number and the scale of the fund are still very limited.The development of social responsibility investment fund in our country is still in the initial stage.The development of social responsibility investment funds is an important way of supporting sustainable development in our country's capital market, and the increasing investment demand of Chinese investors also creates conditions for the development of social responsibility investment funds.Therefore, this paper studies the international experience of social responsibility investment, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of China's social responsibility investment fund, and puts forward some suggestions for further development.It is of great theoretical significance and practical significance of financial research.In this paper, theoretical research, empirical research, comparison, induction and other research methods are used to review the relevant literature of social responsibility investment at home and abroad, and define the relevant concepts of social responsibility investment fund.The related theories of social responsibility investment and social responsibility investment fund are summarized.Then it analyzes the development status of social responsibility investment fund in developed countries in Europe and America and emerging market economy countries in Asia and Africa, introduces the representative domino social responsibility fund, and summarizes the driving force of the development of foreign social responsibility investment fund.Then it analyzes the present situation of the social responsibility investment fund in our country, and analyzes the performance of the first social responsibility investment fund, the whole social responsibility investment fund.The results show that the return rate and risk-adjusted income of Xingquan CSR investment fund are at a higher level in the similar equity funds, and the overall performance is better than that of CSI 300 index.The further development of social responsibility investment fund in China is suggested from three aspects: strengthening internal driving force.
