【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)對(duì)中亞五國(guó)直接投資取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,這對(duì)雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展均具有重要意義。本文首先從投資流量與存量、區(qū)位分布、投資主體、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布等方面,分析了中國(guó)對(duì)中亞五國(guó)直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;其次,從中亞五國(guó)投資環(huán)境、中國(guó)政府政策支持和中國(guó)企業(yè)投資模式等方面,分析了中國(guó)對(duì)中亞五國(guó)直接投資中存在的問(wèn)題;最后,從財(cái)政支持、貿(mào)易促進(jìn)、金融支持、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制等方面,為中國(guó)政府提出了支持企業(yè)開(kāi)展對(duì)中亞五國(guó)直接投資的對(duì)策建議,并從投資前調(diào)研與評(píng)估、產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇與區(qū)位選擇、投資模式豐富與創(chuàng)新、提高本土化水平與搞好公共關(guān)系等方面,為中國(guó)企業(yè)開(kāi)展對(duì)中亞五國(guó)直接投資提出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's direct investment in the five Central Asian countries has made great progress, which is of great significance to the economic development of both sides.This paper first analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment in the five Central Asian countries from the aspects of investment flow and stock, location distribution, investment subject and industrial distribution, and secondly, analyzes the investment environment of the five Central Asian countries.This paper analyzes the problems existing in China's direct investment in the five Central Asian countries from the aspects of the policy support of the Chinese government and the investment pattern of Chinese enterprises. Finally, from the aspects of financial support, trade promotion, financial support, risk prevention mechanism, and so on,This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese government to support enterprises to carry out direct investment in the five Central Asian countries, and from the pre-investment investigation and evaluation, industry choice and location choice, rich and innovative investment model.In order to raise the level of localization and improve public relations, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese enterprises to carry out direct investment in the five Central Asian countries.
