【摘要】：正目前,我國(guó)已進(jìn)入全面深化改革時(shí)期,中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)也發(fā)生了巨大變化,市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本變化,現(xiàn)行《證券法》的修改已是當(dāng)務(wù)之急《證券法》的修改背景全面深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的要求2013年11月,黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)通過了《關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《決定》),標(biāo)志著我國(guó)進(jìn)入全面深化改革的新階段�！稕Q定》提出了"緊緊圍繞使市場(chǎng)在資源配置中起決定性作用,深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革"的市場(chǎng)化改革指導(dǎo)思想。以"處
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered a period of comprehensive deepening reform, and the capital market of China has also undergone tremendous changes, and the market foundation and market environment have undergone fundamental changes. The revision of the current Securities Law is an urgent matter. The background of the revision of the Securities Law is to comprehensively deepen the reform of the economic system in November 2013. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee adopted the "decision on the Comprehensive deepening of several important issues" (hereinafter referred to as "the decision"), which marks a new stage in the overall deepening of reform in China.
