【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要內(nèi)容,加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化的發(fā)展有利于打破城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展是一個(gè)資金投入不斷增長(zhǎng)的過程,且隨著城鄉(xiāng)一體化實(shí)施進(jìn)程的深入,城鄉(xiāng)融合的要求越高,資金的投入就越大。西部地區(qū)以縣域?yàn)榛A(chǔ)的城鄉(xiāng)一體化,主要是政府推動(dòng)為主導(dǎo)的城鄉(xiāng)一體化。由于國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣較多,財(cái)政赤字嚴(yán)重,財(cái)政農(nóng)業(yè)支出可持續(xù)問題成為西部大多數(shù)地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)一體發(fā)展中的重大問題。云南是國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣最多的省份,本文以云南為例,利用超越對(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)模型對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與財(cái)政農(nóng)業(yè)支出的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,提出西部地區(qū)解決城鄉(xiāng)一體化財(cái)政農(nóng)業(yè)支出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思路及建議。
[Abstract]:Urban-rural economic integration is an important part of urban-rural integration. Accelerating the development of urban-rural integration is conducive to breaking the urban-rural dual economic structure and promoting the overall development of urban and rural areas. With the deepening of the implementation process of urban-rural integration, the higher the requirement of urban-rural integration, the greater the investment of funds. It is mainly the government-driven urban-rural integration. As there are more poverty-stricken counties at the national level, the fiscal deficit is serious. The sustainability of fiscal agricultural expenditure has become a major issue in the development of urban and rural areas in most western regions. Yunnan is the province with the largest number of poverty-stricken counties at the national level. This paper takes Yunnan as an example. Based on the empirical analysis of the relationship between urban and rural economic integration and financial agricultural expenditure, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions to solve the sustainable development of urban and rural integrated financial agricultural expenditure in the western region by means of the logarithmic production model.
