【摘要】：近年來,在審理呈快速上升之勢的公示催告案件和票據(jù)糾紛案件的過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)票據(jù)及其訴訟制度中存在許多問題,迫切需要統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識和司法處理尺度。本文就其中幾個問題進(jìn)行了分析,對在現(xiàn)有法律框架內(nèi)妥善處理相關(guān)糾紛,以及完善相關(guān)票據(jù)和訴訟制度提出了自己的看法和觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the process of hearing public notice cases and bill disputes, which are rising rapidly, we have found that there are many problems in the bill and its litigation system. There is an urgent need to unify the understanding and measure of judicial treatment. This paper analyzes some of these problems, and puts forward its own views and viewpoints on how to properly deal with relevant disputes within the existing legal framework, and how to perfect the relevant bill and litigation system.
