【摘要】：正近年來(lái),全國(guó)許多省市以科技型中小企業(yè)為載體,大力發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。國(guó)家有關(guān)部門(mén)和各地政府出臺(tái)了許多配套政策措施為科技型中小企業(yè)持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航,取得了可喜的成績(jī),為所在區(qū)域及周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展注入了新的活力,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的發(fā)展。然而運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)中小企業(yè)面臨著融資瓶頸,其中科技型中小企業(yè)形勢(shì)更為嚴(yán)峻�？萍夹椭行∑髽I(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀
[Abstract]:In recent years, many provinces and cities throughout the country have made great efforts to develop strategic emerging industries with science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises as their carriers. Speed up the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure. The relevant state departments and local governments have issued many supporting policies and measures to protect the sustained and healthy development of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, and have achieved gratifying results. It has injected new vitality into the economic development of the region and its surrounding areas, and promoted the economic and social development. However, in operation, it has been found that small and medium-sized enterprises are facing financing bottlenecks. Among them, the situation of science and technology SMEs is more severe.
