【摘要】:農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)是我國農(nóng)村金融體系的重要組成部分,其中,城區(qū)農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)在我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。近年來,城區(qū)農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)充分發(fā)揮差異化市場定位優(yōu)勢,建立創(chuàng)新研發(fā)體系和技術(shù)平臺,持續(xù)開展金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,在特色行業(yè)、優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域逐步創(chuàng)立了服務(wù)品牌。但由于歷史因素、區(qū)位因素等諸多方面的制約,城區(qū)農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展面臨諸多難題。面對城區(qū)強大的競爭對手,城區(qū)農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)要取得突破性的進步,必須以傳統(tǒng)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新為出發(fā)點。 論文以案例剖析為主線,規(guī)范分析和實證分析方法為輔助,對RF銀行信貸創(chuàng)新問題進行了深入剖析和研究。論文按照“提出問題、分析問題、解決問題”的思路,在第一章通過研究背景和意義,提出問題—即研究信貸創(chuàng)新的重要意義:當前信貸業(yè)務(wù)仍是RF銀行主要的盈利來源,面對城區(qū)激烈的市場競爭,要提高市場競爭力必須以信貸創(chuàng)新為出發(fā)點。第二章和第三章為分析問題部分,第二章通過梳理信貸創(chuàng)新相關(guān)理論,為問題分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),并認為國內(nèi)外關(guān)于農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)的研究雖然越來越多,但單純對于城區(qū)農(nóng)村合作金融機構(gòu)信貸創(chuàng)新問題研究相對較少;第三章通過案例進行實踐分析,以案例剖析為主線,規(guī)范分析和實證分析方法為輔助,對RF銀行信貸創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)驗進行總結(jié),并對組織體系、業(yè)務(wù)流程、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、隊伍建設(shè)等方面的問題進行深入剖析。第四章和第五章重在解決問題。在第四章,通過分析內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對信貸創(chuàng)新的影響,提出差異化戰(zhàn)略是信貸創(chuàng)新的最佳選擇,并提出要圍繞差異化戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)客戶定位和客戶價值差異化的要求,加快信貸產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新,并從信貸創(chuàng)新理念、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品等方面,提出信貸創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案;第五章,從完善創(chuàng)新機制、打造信貸品牌、提高風控水平、提升服務(wù)效率、加強隊伍建設(shè)等方面提出了全面系統(tǒng)的保障措施。在研究過程中,論文從RF銀行增強市場競爭力、支持實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、扶持中小微企業(yè)等角度來研究信貸創(chuàng)新問題,為國內(nèi)金融創(chuàng)新研究提供了一個新的視角。
[Abstract]:The rural cooperative financial institutions is an important part of China's rural financial system in city, rural cooperative financial institutions play an increasingly important role in the development process of China's urban and rural integration. In recent years, the city of rural cooperative financial institutions fully differentiated market positioning, establishing innovation system and technology platform, continued to carry out innovative financial products and services, the characteristics of the industry, industry field gradually set up the service brand. But because of historical factors, restricting the aspects of location factors such as the development of rural cooperative financial institutions are facing many problems. In face of strong competition, urban rural cooperative financial institutions to achieve breakthrough progress, must be based on the innovation of traditional credit business as a starting point.
Based on the case analysis as the main line, normative analysis and empirical analysis method for auxiliary, the credit innovation RF bank conducted in-depth analysis and research. According to "raise problems, analyze problems, solve the problem of" the idea, in the first chapter, the research background and significance, important problem that research on credit Innovation: the current credit business is still the main profit source of RF bank, the city facing the fierce market competition, to improve the market competitiveness of the credit must take innovation as the starting point. The second chapter and the third chapter is the analysis part of the problem, the second chapter through analyzing the credit innovation theory, laid the theoretical foundation for the analysis of problems, and that the study on the rural cooperation although the financial institutions at home and abroad more and more, but only for the study of the problem of urban credit innovation of rural cooperative financial institutions is relatively small; the third chapter through the case Practice analysis, case analysis as the main line, normative analysis and empirical analysis method for auxiliary, RF bank credit innovation experience were summarized, and the organization system, business process, product design, in-depth analysis of team construction and other issues. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter focuses on solving the problem. In the fourth chapter, through the analysis of the influence of the external environment and the development strategy of the Bank of credit innovation, puts forward the differentiation strategy is the best choice for credit innovation, and proposed to focus on the differentiation strategy according to the requirements of customer orientation and customer value differences, accelerate innovation of credit products and services, and credit from the concept of innovation, innovative products. The proposed system design credit innovation; the fifth chapter, from the perfect innovation mechanism, build brand credit, improve the level of risk control, improve service efficiency, strengthen team construction and put forward a comprehensive The guarantee measures of the system. During the research process, the paper studies the credit innovation problem from the perspective of RF bank's market competitiveness, supporting the development of the real economy, supporting small and micro businesses, and provides a new perspective for domestic financial innovation research.
