【摘要】：融資戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵，企業(yè)融資戰(zhàn)略的有效與否直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)成果和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的保持。為了應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，企業(yè)融資管理必須弄清企業(yè)的環(huán)境狀況和變化趨勢(shì)，將提高融資管理工作對(duì)外部環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力以及利用能力放在首要位置，從戰(zhàn)略角度重新認(rèn)識(shí)融資管理，樹(shù)立戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)，主動(dòng)采取措施有效地適應(yīng)環(huán)境，才能在變化莫測(cè)的環(huán)境中發(fā)展。 本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)融資理論進(jìn)行綜述，對(duì)企業(yè)融資戰(zhàn)略管理的內(nèi)容、類(lèi)型及程序進(jìn)行概述。其次對(duì)湖南投資集團(tuán)股份有限公司的歷史融資狀況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹，從對(duì)公司融資現(xiàn)狀的分析可以看出，公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理，融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力較強(qiáng)，但融資方式略顯單一。對(duì)公司面臨的宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)態(tài)勢(shì)、行業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及地區(qū)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等外部環(huán)境，以及公司治理、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況和財(cái)務(wù)狀況等內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析，，認(rèn)為湖南投資集團(tuán)股份有限公司未來(lái)融資優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，機(jī)遇與威脅并存。根據(jù)湖南投資公司“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃提出的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，對(duì)公司未來(lái)融資渠道、融資模式的選擇以及融資戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析。最后，從樹(shù)立前瞻性的戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)、建立科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略決策機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化集團(tuán)公司管理工作、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化和員工隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、構(gòu)建有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系和合理控制融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)六方面提出建議，確保公司融資戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The financing strategy is the key to the survival and development of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the financing strategy of the enterprise is directly related to the business achievement and the maintenance of the competitive advantage. The enterprise financing management must make clear the environment condition and the change trend of the enterprise, take the improvement of the adaptability and utilization ability of the financing management work to the external environment as the primary position, reunderstand the financing management from the strategic angle, set up the strategic consciousness. Take active measures to adapt to the environment effectively, in order to develop in the unpredictable environment. This paper firstly summarizes the theory of enterprise financing, summarizes the contents, types and procedures of enterprise financing strategy management, and then briefly introduces the historical financing situation of Hunan Investment Group Co., Ltd. From the analysis of the current financing situation of the company, we can see that the capital structure of the company is relatively reasonable, the ability of controlling the financing risk is strong, but the financing mode is slightly single. Based on the SWOT analysis of the external environment, such as the characteristics of industry development and regional development, as well as the internal environment such as corporate governance, operating status and financial situation, it is concluded that Hunan Investment Group Co., Ltd. will have obvious advantages in financing in the future. Opportunities and threats coexist. According to the strategic objectives proposed by Hunan Investment Corporation in the 12th Five-Year Plan, this paper analyzes the future financing channels, the choice of financing models and the financing strategy. Finally, from the perspective of strategic awareness, To establish a scientific strategic decision-making mechanism, to strengthen the management of the group, to strengthen the corporate culture and staff construction, to build an effective performance evaluation system and to reasonably control the financing risk. Ensure the smooth implementation of the company's financing strategy.
