【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會的進步,環(huán)境問題正越來越成為當今各國關注的焦點問題之一,這也是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中所必須平衡兼顧的重要問題。經(jīng)濟活動的運行離不開資金的融通,要想實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉變,金融業(yè)特別是作為我國主要融資渠道的銀行業(yè),也必須做出相應的改變,為環(huán)境保護和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供相應的金融支持。 本文首先通過對綠色信貸業(yè)務的介紹以及綠色信貸相關背景的分析,指出我國商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展綠色信貸業(yè)務是經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展、商業(yè)銀行環(huán)境風險管理及其履行社會責任、提高國際競爭力的必然要求；其次,本文分析了國際和國內綠色信貸的實踐；然后指出我國商業(yè)銀行綠色信貸業(yè)務的發(fā)展依然存在的諸多問題,如銀行效益與社會責任沖突問題、地方行政部門壓力問題、環(huán)保信息溝通問題、創(chuàng)新問題等。最后,本文針對上述問題提出了相應的解決方案,指出我國綠色信貸業(yè)務應從政府和商業(yè)銀行兩方面形成合力,實現(xiàn)對環(huán)境保護的金融支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, the environmental problem is becoming one of the focus issues that the countries pay more and more attention to. This is also an important issue that must be balanced in the process of economic development in China. The operation of economic activities can not be separated from the financing, in order to achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development. The financial industry, especially the banking industry, which is the main financing channel of our country, must also make corresponding changes to provide corresponding financial support for environmental protection and sustainable development. First of all, through the introduction of green credit business and the analysis of the background of green credit, this paper points out that the development of green credit business of commercial banks in China is the sustainable development of economy and society. Commercial banks environmental risk management and its social responsibility to improve the international competitiveness of the inevitable requirements; Secondly, this paper analyzes the international and domestic practice of green credit; Then it points out that there are still many problems in the development of green credit business of commercial banks in China, such as the conflict between bank benefit and social responsibility, the pressure of local administrative departments, and the communication of environmental protection information. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems, and points out that the green credit business of our country should form a joint force from the government and commercial banks to realize the financial support for environmental protection.
