【摘要】：林業(yè)的投入在不斷地加大,但還是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不足,而融資難,投資不足是制約林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素之一,市場(chǎng)渠道不暢,資金總量供給與實(shí)際需求存在比較大的距離,需要其他途徑的融資,傳統(tǒng)的招商引資方式和現(xiàn)有的金融機(jī)構(gòu)以及融資渠道都不能滿足林業(yè)發(fā)展的資金需求,林木資產(chǎn)證券化是一條可行之路,林木資產(chǎn)證券化融資方式給林業(yè)建設(shè)巨大的資金需求和大量?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)的投資項(xiàng)目提供了廣闊的空間。 本文共分七章： 第一章“緒論”,介紹了論文的研究背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外資產(chǎn)證券化的文獻(xiàn)資料、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、研究意義,以及本文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章“研究的理論基礎(chǔ)”部分,首先是資產(chǎn)證券化理論,接著對(duì)資產(chǎn)證券化的程序進(jìn)行了概況的描述；其次分別對(duì)現(xiàn)代林業(yè),林業(yè)分類經(jīng)營(yíng)整理論、投資,融資以及公共產(chǎn)品理論進(jìn)行了闡釋。 第三章為林木資產(chǎn)證券化的必要性和可行性分析,林木資產(chǎn)證券化的必要性是從林業(yè)融資渠道少,資金來源單一和林業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化的重要意義來說明。 第四章和第五章為林木資產(chǎn)證券化模式構(gòu)建和模型選擇,包括主體、流程的構(gòu)建,定價(jià)模型的選擇,評(píng)估方法的研究,包括資產(chǎn)池的選擇和林木價(jià)值評(píng)估方法的選擇； 第六章對(duì)林業(yè)公司方案設(shè)計(jì),包括公司的背景介紹,公司財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的分析,企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)分析,對(duì)岳陽林紙進(jìn)行具體的資產(chǎn)證券化模式的設(shè)計(jì)； 第七章對(duì)完善林木資產(chǎn)證券化提出相關(guān)的政策建議以及應(yīng)注意的問題； 最后是結(jié)論,對(duì)整篇論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)對(duì)并未來的研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Forestry investment continues to increase, but still far insufficient financing, lack of investment is one of important factors that restrict the development of forestry industry, marketing channel is not smooth, the total money supply and the actual demand there is a relatively large distance to other ways of financing, the traditional investment methods and existing financial institutions and financing the channel can not meet the financial needs of the development of forestry, forest asset securitization is a feasible way, forest asset securitization financing for forestry construction huge demand of funds and a large number of high-quality investment projects has provided a broad space.
This article is divided into seven chapters.
The first chapter is "Introduction", which introduces the research background of the paper, the literature and materials of domestic and foreign asset securitization, the research contents and methods, the significance of research, and the possible innovation of this paper.
The second chapter is the theoretical basis of research. First is the theory of asset securitization, then describes the procedure of asset securitization. Secondly, it explains modern forestry, forestry classification management theory, investment, financing and public goods theory.
The third chapter is the necessity and feasibility analysis of forest asset securitization. The necessity of forest asset securitization is explained from the importance of forestry financing channels, single source of funds and securitization of forestry assets.
The fourth and fifth chapters are about the construction and model selection of forest asset securitization, including the construction of the main body, the process, the choice of pricing models, and the research of evaluation methods, including the selection of assets pool and the choice of forest valuation methods.
The sixth chapter is about the design of forestry companies, including the background of the company, the analysis of the company's financial indicators, the analysis of the advantages of the enterprises, and the design of the specific asset securitization mode of Yueyang forestry paper.
The seventh chapter puts forward the relevant policy suggestions and the problems to be paid attention to to improve the forest asset securitization.
The final conclusion is to summarize the whole paper and look forward to the future research.
