【摘要】：中國股票市場經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展已取得巨大的成績,股票市場作為中國證券市場的重要組成部分,對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定起著重要的作用。中國股票市場經(jīng)歷了從混亂無序到制度健全,從股票數(shù)量屈指可數(shù)到目前近三千家上市企業(yè),龐大有序的市場不僅滿足了企業(yè)的融資需求,也為廣大投資者提供了豐富的投資平臺。中國證券市場具有與發(fā)達(dá)國家成熟市場相比特殊的情況,發(fā)展速度快,國外經(jīng)過幾十年發(fā)展起來的證券市場,中國僅用了二十年就完成了,發(fā)展過程中必定存在諸多不完善的地方和一些歷史遺留問題,諸如國有股改制、限售股減持等現(xiàn)狀嚴(yán)重影響著市場的發(fā)展,這些都成為未來市場發(fā)展過程中必須面對和解決的問題。投資者數(shù)量龐大,中國資本市場起步晚,投資品種相對較少,證券市場被普通大眾認(rèn)為是一個可以快速獲取利益的場所,這就形成了中國數(shù)量驚人的散戶股民,雖然單個投資者投資金額有限,但數(shù)量的優(yōu)勢使得散戶投資者在證券市場的力量不容小覷,他們在不斷的投資經(jīng)歷中理解市場,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),也逐步形成了適合自己的投資模式。 本文通過研究我國證券市場的起源與發(fā)展,分析當(dāng)前的證券市場特點(diǎn),結(jié)合目前市場主流投資模式,以參與證券市場的個人投資者為研究對象,總結(jié)定義個人投資模式,對個人投資者進(jìn)行分類。個人證券投資模式主要分為以下三種：個人價值投資、個人投機(jī)性投資、個人委托投資,文中主要對這三種投資模式的概況、優(yōu)劣勢對比及適用性分析進(jìn)行闡述,詳細(xì)解讀各類投資模式的特性,從而使不同的投資者在選擇投資模式過程中能有所參考和借鑒。最后通過對個人證券投資模式的未來發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析,從而得出個人專戶委托投資理財將在未來個人證券投資中扮演重要角色。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of development, China's stock market has made great achievements, the stock market as an important part of China's securities market. It plays an important role in the development of China's economy and social stability. China's stock market has experienced from chaos and disorder to sound system, from the number of stocks to nearly 3,000 listed enterprises. The huge and orderly market not only meets the financing needs of enterprises, but also provides a rich investment platform for the majority of investors. China's securities market has a special situation compared with the mature markets in developed countries, and the speed of development is fast. After decades of development of the foreign securities market, China only took 20 years to complete, in the process of development there must be a lot of imperfect places and some historical problems, such as the reform of state-owned shares. The current situation, such as the reduction of restricted shares, has seriously affected the development of the market, which has become a problem that must be faced and solved in the process of future market development. The large number of investors and the late start of the Chinese capital market. There are relatively few types of investments, and the stock market is considered by the general public to be a place where profits can be gained quickly, creating an astonishing number of retail investors in China, although the amount invested by individual investors is limited. However, the advantage of quantity makes the strength of retail investors in the securities market not to be underestimated. They understand the market and sum up the experience in the continuous investment experience, and gradually form their own investment model. This paper studies the origin and development of the securities market in China, analyzes the characteristics of the current securities market, combines the current mainstream investment model of the market, and takes the individual investors participating in the securities market as the research object. Summarize and define the individual investment model and classify the individual investor. The personal securities investment mode is divided into the following three types: personal value investment, individual speculative investment, individual entrusted investment. In this paper, the general situation of these three investment models, the comparison of advantages and disadvantages and applicability analysis are described, and the characteristics of various investment models are explained in detail. So that different investors in the process of choosing the investment model can be used for reference. Finally, through the analysis of the future development of the individual securities investment model. It is concluded that the investment and financing entrusted by the individual account will play an important role in the future personal securities investment.
