【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)被視為是一種重要的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)創(chuàng)新,得到了社會(huì)各界的高度重視。本文從價(jià)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和分散的視角出發(fā),對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的可行性進(jìn)行了理論上的分析和探討,首先對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的可保性進(jìn)行了分析,隨后指出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)6種可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散途徑并對(duì)其可行性進(jìn)行了具體分析,最后對(duì)國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家承保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了介紹。研究認(rèn)為,開(kāi)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)要特別關(guān)注其可能的巨災(zāi)賠付風(fēng)險(xiǎn);同質(zhì)性很強(qiáng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品(如糧棉油)可能并不適宜采用價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn);對(duì)大部分農(nóng)產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō),收入保險(xiǎn)或收益保險(xiǎn)可能是更好的選擇。
[Abstract]:Agricultural price index insurance is regarded as an important innovation of agricultural insurance, which has been highly valued by all walks of life. This paper starts from the perspective of price risk management and dispersion. The feasibility of agricultural product price index insurance is theoretically analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the insurability of agricultural product price risk is analyzed. Then it points out six possible risk dispersing ways of agricultural product price index insurance and makes a concrete analysis on its feasibility. Finally, the paper introduces the experience of overseas developed countries in underwriting the agricultural product price risk. The research shows that the agricultural product price index insurance should pay special attention to its possible catastrophe payment risk. Highly homogeneous agricultural products (such as grain, cotton and oil) may not be suitable for price index insurance; Income or income insurance may be a better option for most agricultural products.
