【摘要】：投資是擴大物質(zhì)資本存量、拉動經(jīng)濟增長的重要因素。投資決策以投資者預(yù)期目標為核心,運用一定的科學理論、方法和手段,通過一定的程序?qū)ν顿Y的必要性、投資目標、投資規(guī)模、投資方向、投資結(jié)構(gòu)、投資成本與收益等經(jīng)濟活動中重大問題所進行的分析、判斷和方案選擇。本文提出投資建立郊區(qū)生活垃圾填埋場,以期依托地理優(yōu)勢,利用先進技術(shù),對生活垃圾進行無害化處理,循環(huán)利用資源,保障公共衛(wèi)生,美化生活環(huán)境,從而借助西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略之機,科學地、可持續(xù)地不斷推動城市化進程。同時,對投資項目進行可行性分析,主要通過市場供給和需求分析,技術(shù)分析,財務(wù)分析和風險分析等方法,尤其以投資評價指標體系的選擇為重點,集中于財務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值,內(nèi)部收益率,投資回收期,盈虧平衡和敏感性分析,論證投資項目的合理性和可行性。通過理論學習與實際分析的結(jié)合,重點說明投資建立垃圾填埋場具有的針對性、現(xiàn)實性、擇優(yōu)性和風險性。
[Abstract]:Investment is an important factor to expand the stock of material capital and stimulate economic growth. Investment decision-making takes the expected goal of investors as the core, and applies certain scientific theory, methods and means. Through a certain process of investment, investment objectives, investment scale, investment direction, investment structure, investment cost and income and other major issues in economic activities are analyzed. Judgment and scheme selection. This paper proposed to invest in the establishment of suburban domestic waste landfill, in order to rely on the geographical advantages, use advanced technology to treat domestic waste innocuously, recycle resources, and ensure public health. Beautify the living environment so as to make use of the opportunity of the strategy of developing the western region to promote the urbanization process scientifically and sustainably. At the same time the feasibility analysis of investment projects is carried out mainly through the analysis of market supply and demand. Technical analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis, especially focusing on the choice of investment evaluation index system, focus on financial net present value, internal rate of return, investment recovery period, break-even and sensitivity analysis. This paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the investment project. Through the combination of theoretical study and practical analysis, it emphasizes on the pertinence, reality, selection and risk of investment in the establishment of landfill site.
