【摘要】：促進農(nóng)業(yè)信托業(yè)務的發(fā)展,是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)金融創(chuàng)新的有效途徑。了解農(nóng)業(yè)信托融資的作用,選擇合適的信托融資模式,對于發(fā)展區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟具有積極的促進作用。農(nóng)業(yè)信托的融資模式分為直接融資模式和間接融資模式,均具有各自的特征、操作模式和金融功能。結合東部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,探討具有可操作性的農(nóng)業(yè)信托發(fā)展路徑,對地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有積極的促進作用。
[Abstract]:To promote the agricultural development of the trust business, is an effective way to realize agricultural financial innovation. Understand the agricultural trust financing, choose the appropriate mode of trust financing, plays a positive role in promoting the development of regional agricultural economy. Agriculture trust financing mode is divided into direct financing and indirect financing mode, both have their respective characteristics, operation mode and the financial function. Combined with the present situation of the development of agricultural economy in the eastern region, to explore with the development of agricultural trust operation, which plays a positive role in promoting regional agricultural economic development.

【正文快照】： 近幾年來,我國的信托市場發(fā)展十分迅猛,信托資產(chǎn)連年成倍增長,在此良好的發(fā)展勢頭下,農(nóng)業(yè)信托業(yè)務的發(fā)展為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)打開了一條全新的融資道路。自2008年以來,農(nóng)業(yè)信托產(chǎn)品逐年遞增且處于穩(wěn)步增長的狀態(tài),2012年,農(nóng)業(yè)信托資金規(guī)模達到54億人民幣,展現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)信托業(yè)務的良好發(fā)展前
